Very kind service and very close to the airport with a shuttle only problem was the microwave had a bright light that shined all night I only got three hours of sleep because of the noisy air vents and the noisy elevator but good Service and location.

Upon arrival, we walked to the courtesy shuttle area to get picked up. Make sure to use courtesy phone or call the hotel to get your name on the “driver’s list”. I’ve never had to do this before with other courtesy shuttles but the driver wouldn’t allow entry without it. We picked this area due to the location to the metro station and ease of going downtown. Our main focus was sightseeing. The hotel was comfortable but not luxurious. Most of the employees are very nice hard-working people. The female driver and the younger gentleman driver were much nicer and easygoing.Morning staff - Professional and very friendly. We were given a room 30 mins after early arrival. Made us feel welcomed.Location - Red Line (Bus stop) located across the street. Angle Lake Metro Station is about 10 mins away (walking). IHOP, 7-eleven and Chevron Gas station are located near metro station.Breakfast - continental breakfast starts around 6am and on the go items are available starting at 3am. Items were not restocked during the last hour of breakfast. Coffee, Tea and Hot Chocolate were available 24/7. Microwave was also available.Vending Machines - The drinks were reasonably priced and possibly cheaper than any convenience store.Evening Staff - Average. Our room keys deactivated 3/5 days. They put blame on us for having our phones or credit cards near the key card. We are a society that uses our phones for everything! Staff takes smoke break in the front entrance, found it a bit unprofessional.Safety - Came back to the hotel late in the evening every day. It was a bit of a sketchy area but as soon as we were inside we felt relatively safe. We had 0 issues walking from the station to and back.

If you love living off the grid, And enjoy being isolated this is the place! Promise me great wifi, Three days to download anything... cellphone service is so awful ? you have to go outside to make any phone calls, And they advertise in the room High-speed internet lol!! Worst best Western I have ever stayed in... "won't get me again"

Stranded at SeaTac, this place had wonderful shuttle drivers, an upbeat clerk, and a free breakfast.Noteworthy details: Prime criteria for us was close to the airport, shuttle service, and affordability. Great on all those plus a free breakfast and friendly, helpful employees. Room was clean and basic. Better than what we were stranded at the night before.

The location is close to the airport, but it’s next to the busy road which means it could be noisy 24/7. Room condition is decent but, again, the noise from the hallway can be disturbing. The good thing is that they’re considerate to the travelers by having luggage carts available in the lobby, and they serve hot breakfast and take-away beverage during the pre-dawn hours (for those who need to catch an early flight). The price is fair given its quality.

Decided to try this hotel as opposed to surrounding AirBnb for a quick stopover during an international flight out to Asia. The price is reasonable especially when they offer a hot breakfast, indoor pool, and courtesy shuttle service to and from the airport. The room is spacious and clean, equipped with the standard mini fridge, coffee maker, TV, and free Internet. I thought it was a little unsanitary for the coffee maker to be placed in the bathroom right next to the toilet.I waited for 30 minutes after calling for the shuttle service but was warmly greeted by the front desk who apologized for the longer than expected wait. The card key did not work the first time which was a bummer as I was ready to kick back with a warm shower after a long day of traveling. The front fixed the issue promptly. The only draw back for this location is a lack of eateries within walking distance.

This is an airport hotel but also one that locals use to stay and invite family and friends to use pool and game room. It was very loud and busy. The entire floor smelled damp and of chlorine. Room was dirty. One of the front desk staff was picking his nose when we walked in. Parking lot was very dark.Noteworthy details: Booked it because it was an airport hotel and we had an early flight. Disappointed to have guests staying there because it was their birthday and they had invited their family and friends to use pool and games room and play games in their room.

arrived in the evening for a canceled flight, booked by the Condor company. Rude staff, not at all friendly with a clear annoyed attitude. dirty and noisy room...planes all night.
