Do not buy from this company. You've been warned.First, I waited weeks for my items to show up, due to "many inaccuracies" regarding stock availability. Then, I send back a return (order 20047710) on Jan 20th - nearly $1000 worth. It was delivered to them on the 23rd according to USPS (tracking 9461236106023233400948).It has now been SEVEN WEEKS and there is no refund nor any communication from this company since the return was shipped. Next steps will be a BBB complaint (no surprise they are currently rated C+) and then legal action will be started to recover this refund.**Update**It took intervention by the BBB (complaint #19560011) in order for me to recover the refund.

Waiting for weeks for delivery. called, no answer. Emailed, waiting for reply. Will update if remedied. Order #20050752Had to track down the Seattle store and call there multiple times to get an answer. When they did, he was helpful. But even after helping get my order on the way, no tracking information was updated. Called again days later and only then did I get an update on the shipment.Just not the greatest customer service.

The item I received seemed well made. I had to exchange for a different size. I sent the item back swiftly and was received by them. I know this due to the fact that I received an email stating which. I was also advised that it would take UP TO five business days for my exchange to be processed. After two emails and chat messages sent I am still yet to receive any type of information on my new item. Some of the worst customer service I’ve dealt with. The price you pay for their items you would think the customer service would be great, I would say it’s sub par to say the least. Definitely will not be spending money with this company again!

Incredibly disappointed by my experience with Beyond. Ordered a jacket two weeks ago, still has not shipped. Tried reaching out five different times, three by website, and twice by phone, and have not received a single response. And the website says they will ship items within 48 hours, and respond to inquiries within 48 hours as well.

Returned an item (order #20050309) and it showed it was delivered to the merchant on Jan 13. 2 weeks passed and it still hasn't processed the refund yet. Sent an inquiry email 3 days ago and still no response.

I’ve now waited 7 weeks for my item to ship from beyond. I understand the warehouse transition (this happened 3 weeks after i ordered my item) but wow, any amount of predictability or update would have been nice (i’ve received neither). instead i have been left entirely in the dark. i can’t speak to the quality of their apparel because i’ve never seen it - despite my ordering it just after halloween. disappointing to say the least. suffice it to say that i will recommend peers shop at arcteryx and other reputable dealers, rather than suffer through the inexorable slog of waiting with no expected delivery date from Beyond.

I ordered a jacket on the first of December. I reached out twice and was told both times that it would be shipped within the next few days and 3 weeks later the order was not shipped missing both assured ship times.

Extremely high quality clothing. Amazing sales when they have stuff on sale, none of this “take five or ten percent off and call it a deal” the outlet section is legit!Insanely good customer service. Kevin is absolutely wonderful. Helped me with some order drama over the phone and was able to update my address directly with UPS which no company has ever been able to do.And of course, love buying local to the PNW. This gear is on par with Arcteryx without the luxury brand premium up charge. Just buy everything from here! You can’t go wrong!

Great Peep's and great outdoor clothing. Think North Face ( but way better! ) , O.R, or Crye, and if You are Canadian.. Arc'teryx.Ask to see the Bees.Berry Amendment Compliant options, for Those who need it. If You know what that is, there is a special room, just for You. Maybe a nip of "Tea" for You as well.?
