Avoid this dealership at all costs, their reconditioning process is inconsistent, customer service is incompetent. I inquired about a 10K mile Corvette Z06 and got a walk around since I live in Texas and couldn't personally see the vehicle. Inquired in writing about; tread depth, cosmetic conditions, and if the vehicle was stock with no modifications. In writing I received the following information - tires had 6/32nd, car isn't modified and in great condition. Once I agreed to purchase, they then informed me that they were increasing the price by 1K because I'm not a Washington resident and that if I agreed to finance with them they would accommodate the price they have listed (I have this in writing). I declined their financing so I was charged the extra 1K that wasn't disclosed in their ad for being a non-Washington resident. I purchased the vehicle and was transported to Texas to find several issues. The tires actually only have 3/32nd, came with intake and tune among other modifications, rotors gouged so bad that they can't be resurfaced, and sounds like the pads are in backwards, and flat passenger rear tire. Took 4 days of follow-up for an incompetent manager, Mr. Goldstein, to initiate the conversation with "Dude you bought a used car, what did you expect?" Asked to record the call which he declined, in which he became belligerent and completely unprofessional and I terminated the nonproductive call. I didn't read the reviews prior to purchase, do your research and you will see that they are terrible. Look at other reviews, there is a clear trend......

The dealership's exceptional staff competence and dedication to customer satisfaction created a seamless car-buying experience. I would confidently recommend this business to any individual seeking an stress-free transaction.

Very poor establishment. Lured us in with my kids from eastern Washington to look at a used vehicle after lying to us and telling us there were new bolts on the lot. When we arrived attempted to swindle us into buying used. The new model we wanted (but was supposedly being shipped) was MSRP 29000 about. They tagged on about an additional 7500 to jack the price because of the federal tax credit. My wife and I immediately had a bad feeling and walked out after they begged us not to walk out. I bought the same model we wanted new at camp Chevy in Spokane for the actual correct MSRP and still got the tax credit and Chevy install for the charge station. Do not go here they will attempt to swindle you the moment you walk in.

Multiple bad experiences here with very non-transparent and misleading prices. They sell electric cars marked up above MSRP but advertise very low prices because they show it with the tax credit, and are dodgy when you ask if the tax credit is being factored into pricing. Other stereotypical "car salesperson" behaviors as well. Went to a different Chevy dealership further north and had a great experience.

I’ve waited a week before writing my review to make sure my car had no issues and performed as expected. Pleased to say that it is exactly what the dealership advertised.I’m pleased with my purchase. I came into the dealership fully informed after having done research over a period of months. Obviously, a sales manager can see this. Many of the other dealerships I visited became cagy and manipulative. But, Pierre Chevrolet chose to be transparent and competitive on price and features. At one point we had the original MSRP and Carfax reports of four vehicles, laid out on the desk, in order of price and feature. One of those cars was from a competitive dealership. At no time did they disparage any other dealer or try to diminish the research I had done.Professional, fact based, transparent, and competitive. It was one of my better car buying experiences. But don’t get me wrong. There was a lot of negotiation involved. I imagine I was a difficult buyer. But they did not let that interfere with their professionalism and end goal of selling me a car that day.

Bryan and Logan helped me get into a new car after a terrible situation. They were both very friendly and made the wait for the paperwork enjoyable. I would highly recommend anyone letting anyone here help with any new car needs.

I had a really pleasant sales experience buying my Chevy Equinox. Both Derk and Karar were very friendly and patient in explaining terms, conditions and coverage. At no time did I feel pressured into paying for extras that I didn't want. I feel like I got a good deal. I would not hesitate to work with Derk again when I am buying my next car.

I visited Bill Pierre Chevrolet three times. I worked with Andrew, Theo and Kelly. They were all kind and patient and knowledgeable, politely answering all my questions and I had many. Most of my time was spent with Andrew. I recommend requesting his services when you visit. They did not rush me and were happy to take a step back to make sure I was on the same page and that I would receive a great car with a great deal. Thank you for the 2022 Chevrolet Bolt EUV.

We were happy with the helpfulness of Bryan Aguilar and Youcef. They're pleasant, competent and patient. Of course, as Seattle residents, we want to make important and expensive purchases from the Seattle businesses - good for our Seattle community. Bryan and Youcef are helping Seattle community by doing their job very well.

I liked the fact that you had transparent pricing on your website. Another dealership had a car that was equipped better for me, but I chose Pierre because I knew up front what it would cost. The price we paid was exactly what I saw on your website and there were no hidden, surprise costs. Also, you gave me a very fair price for my trade. Without that, I could not have afforded the purchase. Andrew was the nicest sales person I ever worked with and he has stayed in touch to make sure everything is going well. It was a very pleasant experience for me and my spouse purchasing a car from you.Follow-up after 1 month: the customer service manager called me after the purchase to make sure everything went well. I said it did, but I asked for her help with a financial issue and she took care of it right away. These folks are 100%! Also, we're loving the car!

Got my first Malibu hybrid here, price was pretty high but I was young. Good service though

Worst experience possible. They wasted hours of my time and gave me a “guaranteed 7 day offer” and then refused to honor it on day four because “the market changed”. Truly a dishonorable group of low life’s.

Worst experience I've ever had! The salesman named Eugene at first helped me out with a 2018 Honda Civic EX that was getting its radio/nav fixed. Eugene told me it would take about 2 weeks since the mechanic was busy with alot of cars in front of it but told me he would follow up with me and let me know when I can take a look at it and start finance paperwork. After waiting 2 weeks and no follow up, I took matters into my own hands to find out that it got sent up to another dealership in Burlington and that the car was sold to somebody else. Eugene was unprofessional, careless, and a huge waste of my time!
