I am very happy with the service I've received from Ford. I take me car in regularly. I bought a service plan when I bought my car and after it ran out continued to take my car to Ford for service. I have no complaints.

Ten years ago I bought a C-Max hybrid from Pierre Ford (then Bill Pierre) and have had it serviced for major mileage turnings at Pierre ever since.
