I text Sundie the morning of bringing my car after inquiring about a diagnostic, and I asked about the Lyft service Ford provides to inform I will need to use it to get to and from the service center. I’ve used their Lyft service before. Sundie told me specifically that I could bring my car in but not wait. She ordered me and my baby a Lyft and told me the cost as if to guilt trip me. Upon calling me after the diagnostic was complete, she asked me what I wanted to do as in agreeing with the repairs. The repairs are a lot, about $5K. I informed her that I’ll come back and pay for the diagnostic, as I can’t afford the repairs currently. I mean it is the holidays - Christmas! She told me I had to find a way back to the service center knowing I have a baby in a stroller! In so many words I let her know that’s unacceptable and I’ll need a Lyft back as confirmed earlier. On top of that, I use to get a Brown Bear carwash coupon after when paying for services. Last few times, I’ve had to ask for this coupon instead of it offered to me. When paying for this diagnostic, I asked for one and the front desk woman told me she offered it to a guy who declined it so I could have it. So to offer it to someone who didn’t want and not offer it to me, is horrible service. I’ve been taking my car to this Ford location for years, and I will not be returning or recommending anyone to go there for this unpleasant customer service experience. The way I was passive aggressively treated is bad business.

I am very happy with the service I've received from Ford. I take me car in regularly. I bought a service plan when I bought my car and after it ran out continued to take my car to Ford for service. I have no complaints.

I want to be clear that I interacted with several genuinely nice people at Pierre Ford who seemed to be doing their best. My issue isn’t with individual employees, it’s with how the dealership is run.
My sales staff were friendly and helpful, but the finance process felt pushy and, at times, deceptive. The total price presented to me closely matched the agreed out-the-door number, but it did not include the down payment I had already made. I also nearly signed paperwork that included a service plan costing several thousand dollars that was presented as the “cheapest option.” I only caught it on the final page before signing. While I understand upselling is part of buying a car, this crossed into territory that felt misleading rather than transparent.
The loan I was offered was fine, but not especially competitive. In hindsight, I wish I had pushed back and returned later with my own financing or a cashier’s check.
What ultimately pushed me to write this review was my recent recall experience. I was notified via a text message _which was fine_ but the follow-up process was disorganized. I responded a few days later while out of town, agreed on a proposed time, and then was told before confirmation that they were actually booked for several more weeks. The communication felt fragmented and unreliable, especially compared to other dealerships I’ve dealt with that have clearer systems and portals.
I’m very happy with my car. Unfortunately, my experience with Pierre Ford as a dealership has consistently felt unpolished and poorly coordinated. There are good people here, but the overall operation does not feel well run.

Ten years ago I bought a C-Max hybrid from Pierre Ford (then Bill Pierre) and have had it serviced for major mileage turnings at Pierre ever since. I've always been treated with respect, my car is ready when they specify or earlier, and I know my car is well taken care of. Highly recommend Paul Salazar at Pierre Ford service center.

I never imagined I would write a review for a car dealership but I must. Steven Freund and Pierre Ford has outstanding car service. I know that I am getting the service I need and not being misled as I have been with other Ford dealership services. The service is timely. And best of all they have a pick up and delivery service that rocks.

I would have been happy to buy a car here and otherwise had a fine experience BUT they prioritized an online order over me being present, ready to buy. Unfortunate, since I'd spent the time to drive there and left work to do so, and they hadn't told me ahead of time.

I am very likely to have repeated services performed on my Ford with Pierre's Ford service team. The team was always in contact with me about the needed items to get my Ford repaired. With a long trip I was going to use the vehicle for, that was very important to not have any issues once I was on the road.

Bought a car over 4yrs ago and sold it 3yrs ago. They keep calling for me to trade up. I have repeatedly asked Jose on four different calls to stop calling and remove my contact information. It still hasn't changed. Called again today. I returned the call and left a message asking once again to be removed from any and all lists. Instead he calls back trying to figure out the situation. My voice mail was very clear. He said "I'm just doing what the computer tells me too. " very passive aggressive and refuses to listen. My purchase was a disaster. I had to resign because the finance guy snuck items in and was rushing us initially due to Covid and them being busy. I should have checked but I was clear I wasn't interested in any products. Took 3 months for them to transfer my license plates because they forgot a form. Sold my trade without wiping the center stack info so the guy that bought it called me asking questions. The horrible experience just keeps continuing because nobody there will take control of a problem and correct it.

Couldn’t be happier with my purchase. The truck is as nice as everyone at the dealership.

I’ve bought two vehicles from this place. Both experiences were similar: they’re more interested in selling you a loan than getting you the vehicle you need/want. And that’s typical of a dealership. Just assert yourself and be ready to walk away if they try to sell you a car you don’t want. The one star is for their customer support AFTER you buy a vehicle. This dealership has a system designed to avoid their responsibilities to comply with warranties they sell you; their service department appointment system is set up for failure. I went through their online appointment protocol where it states someone will call back to confirm the appointment. Three weeks later, I’ve gone through my mechanic to have the service I needed completed and still have yet to get that call. I tried to call the dealership and was sent to an automated system telling me to book an appointment online. So at this point, I’m going to tell anyone considering buying a vehicle from this dealership to avoid it like the plague because it really is a race-to-the-bottom style of business. And we need to let those things die like the dinosaurs they are.

I went in there fully expecting to be denied due to poor credit history as I had at several other dealerships and even laughed when they said they could make it work.
I spoke with Katie first, absolute pleasure to work with, very strong personality and unwavering persistence. Let this woman work, she's got you.
Next, I worked with Pete. A great guy that really put in the time and effort to make it work for me. He took note of what I needed and exceeded my expectations.
Unlike most salesmen, he didn't just try and put me in something convenient for him.
These people are the real deal. Tell them what you want/need and you're gonna leave happy.
Thanks again!!

We bought a brand new vehicle sight unseen. They wanted to hold a certified cashiers check for 10 business days before we could get the car on transport. We were able to get it down to 5 days as that is what they originally told us. We were told nothing wrong with car and it would have a full tank of gas! All untrue. Came to us with 27 miles, 1/4 tank of gas, and no dealer/temp tag for us to be able to drive it. I would not recommend buying from this dealership unless you are there in person.

I had been working with James Lee on an internet deal for a Ford Raptor. James had been really good and we were ready to talk final numbers. The Raptor had high mileage for being six years old and I was buying it blind from over 2,000 miles away. When James had me talk to Martin for a final sale price, all I asked was to help me feel like I was getting a good deal based on mileage and the blind buy. Martin started the "Picasso" painting sales pitch and how Pierre pays high dollar to get the best inventory. While asking Martin for his best price, he interrupted me and told me he sells to buyers who appreciate the value of what Pierre had done to make the vehicle available...and then HE HANGS UP ON ME while I am trying to talk with him! It was not an accidental disconnect. He literally told me to have a 'good day' and disconnects.
I will give James a chance to smooth this over, but the negative reviews about rude service which I had previously disregarded seem to be reality.
Approach with caution.

Always great service and the cost of an oil change is LESS than the shops such as Jiffy Lube or Valvolene.
