About Black Lodge
Black Lodge is a popular underground music spot known for its great music and lively atmosphere. Visitors enjoy the friendly and knowledgeable staff who are always ready to help. The venue offers a unique experience with a mix of music and a record store. However, some people feel the space has become smaller since changes were made to the old location, with less seating and removal of the side room and long bench. The bar staff remains excellent, providing good service. The venue’s wheelchair accessibility is fair, with a small ramp and a door that fits most standard wheelchairs, but wider chairs may have difficulty entering. During summer, the space can get very hot, as proper air conditioning has not been installed. Overall, Black Lodge is appreciated for its atmosphere, music, and friendly staff, though some wish for more space and better comfort.
An interesting place for an interesting event sponsored by the Emerald City Soul Club. Didn't know the venue or group existed, but the music was fire!

Awesome venue! Great place to see local bands. No food or drinks it’s not that kind of place. If you come looking for music though it’s the perfect and best place. All ages (which is rare) and great sound <3
