I’ve had the pleasure of working with Thomas Heffernan at H&R Block, and I can’t recommend him highly enough. He is incredibly knowledgeable, kind, and professional. Thomas has been preparing my mother’s taxes for several years, and he consistently brings a high level of insight and attention to detail.
What really stands out about Thomas is his deep sense of integrity—he truly cares about doing the right thing for his clients. He takes the time to explain complex matters in a clear and thoughtful way, and he always makes us feel confident and well taken care of.

Tremendous service. Tom, our Tax Advisor not only prepared our return for this year but gave great advice on how to prepare for the future. Easy to book an appointment online and at the office everything went very smooth.

Amazing experience here getting a Second Look over my taxes by Gerry! Gerry was really helpful, kind, professional, and explained things well, I was very impressed and would 100% go back to her for future tax help! The office inside is really clean and nice with comfy chairs, and all the staff I've met are friendly. I made an appointment online and had a lot of times to choose from. I was able to message Gerry with questions ahead of time and she had already looked over my documents when I arrived which I was impressed with. Gerry helped me a ton and even gave me tips for next year. Since my taxes were actually accurate, the Second Look was totally free! Overall, great experience, highly recommend!
