TIFFANY GORSKI She is the reason I will likely use Block Advisors again. Thanks again for the quick turn around. Despite there being a break in process on H&R block and no fault of hers but she stepped in being the manager to wrap this up a day before the deadline.

Similar to some other reviews on here, my online appointments for this location were cancelled repeatedly. I received a call informing me that they weren't accepting in-person appointments as they're all booked and I should rather use their service for just dropping documents. Would be nicer if they just blocked off online appointments so people don't have theirs cancelled at the last moment.

Would not recommend this office, or H&R Block in general after the extremely disappointing experience I had recently. I have been an H&R Block customer for the last 3 years with positive experiences, but the Tax Pro I always worked with unfortunately retired this year. I can see why he left, because both this office + the Alley 24 office are a complete mess. My appointment was rescheduled by both offices 4 different times, all within 24 hours of the appointment. The most recent time was the last straw as the office manager promised me my appointment would not be moved again - not a huge surprise to me when it was moved without any explanation. They didn't even extend the courtesy to ask me if the date/time they rescheduled to would work for my + my husbands' schedules, I was only sent a text and had to call to inquire what happened. Very frustrating when we both scheduled our entire work days and meetings around this. They claim it was moved because the Tax Pro didn't have bandwidth to accommodate us, even though our appointment was rescheduled to this new date over 2 weeks ago. I understand they are busier than ever this year, however they need to figure out how to balance work loads across their Tax professionals so repeat customers like myself are not pushed to the backburner 4 times in a row. Their office managers also shouldn't make promises to customers that they don't have the ability to keep. The icing on the cake is we now have 3 weeks left of tax season, and of course most offices are just as busy. This is why I originally scheduled my first appointment back in February, but H&R Block managed to screw me over.

They did my tax incorrectly. It was showing that I owed 2000 plus they wanted to charge me 500 for tax preparation. Horrible service

I have had a poor experience with scheduling appointments here. Apparently the appointments which are available online are not really available. And the tax pros you see online are also not affiliated with them.You have to call them on the phone to get accurate information.Unfriendly experience.
