Brought my 17 year old BMW in to have 3 open recalls performed at BMW of Seattle. Charlie and Nicole were great to work with and all the work was completed when promised. I also had the fuel gauge strip replaced and everything work great now. I am very satisfied with the customer service I received. Two thumbs up!
