I am already giving this place a 5-star rating, mainly because of Jessica's exceptional kindness and helpfulness during our phone conversation. After experiencing a nightmare at Walgreens, where I encountered difficulties getting my diabetes medication filled and encountered three errors within a week, I decided to transfer all my prescriptions. Jessica, with her warmth and welcoming attitude, was incredibly helpful throughout the process. It's rare to find such outstanding customer service in a pharmacy these days, and for that reason, I am giving this establishment 5 stars.*****I wanted to provide an update. The staff at this pharmacy is better than any I've ever experienced in the Seattle area. As a high-risk OB diabetic pregnancy patient, I've been picking up many prescriptions, and each technician and pharmacist has been extremely helpful. Having been a diabetic for almost 27 years, I can confidently say that this has been the most pleasant pharmacy experience I've had.

I rarely write reviews, but after the extraordinary service I had today I had to tell the entire city what care Bob Johnson's Pharmacy takes when working with their customers. They spent at least one hour, or more, working with my insurance company and a pharmaceutical company and time talking to me about the issues they were having due to my insurance. They were busy and did not need to spend the time especially with a brand-new customer. Josh was fantastic, and so was the entire team. I say drop the big corporate pharmacies and go to Bob Johnson's. You won't regret it - they really do care.

Simply put, they cannot be relied upon to refill my prescriptions on time. I am currently out of medication because they did not refill it on time, for absolutely no legitimate reason. That is unacceptable.UPDATE: A negative review will get the owner's attention. (But note that my phone call yesterday got me nowhere.) He had his compounding pharmacist come in on a Sunday and then personally delivered the medication to my doorstop. They get props (and a second star) for that. However, this medication was supposed to be refilled two WEEKS ago. The time to "take this seriously" was two weeks ago. When I called yesterday, that would have also been a good time to take this seriously.

Got my COVID and Flu shots here using their new online scheduling system and was very impressed. The booking system was easy to use and was the only place in the area with any availability within 2 weeks. The staff were kind and friendly and seemed to care about their customers. There are so few independent pharmacies left that supporting a local business still operating this way felt great. Going to switch over my prescriptions next.

Love this neighborhood pharmacy! Service is very incredible. My parents use to come here when they lived in the area years ago. I use to go to Bartells and Walgreens which was ok, but I love coming here now.

If you need a prescription compounded this is the place to go. Josh went above and beyond for me this last time and the whole staff has always been friendly and professional.

After being unable to find a pharmacy willing to accept my prescription which was legitimate albeit one written by a telehealth provider I'd all but given up. As a last ditch effort I tried Bob Johnson's Pharmacy, I wish they had been my first choice because they made every effort to see that my script was filled. Wether they know it or not they may have very well saved a life through their efforts which is their normal business but sometimes carry much more meaningful vibes in other situations such as my own. There is a particular tech I wanted to give a shout-out too but I can't recall his name I want to say it's "JT" but I'm not sure but I will definitely check and edit this if need be. The whole staff is amazing but this individual was exceptional going so far as stopping whatever he was doing and taking my call whenever it had been already answered by another co worker and at times when if not even asked for him directly but he simply saw my caller dayat displayed on their Caller ID. I almost feel ashamed I can't remember his name.

Professional and friendly people here -- every other pharmacy in the neighborhood is part of a big chain store. Bob Johnson pharmacy blows them all out of the water for customer service. Believe the two star reviews of the others and it will save you time, energy and peace of mind. "Bartell Drugs" is no more, since being bought out by Rite Aid. Their store should be shuttered because they're incompetent and rude gas-lighters -- pathetic. Switching from them to Bob Johnson's was like a breath of fresh air despite their more limited business hours. It was a solid reminder that competency in a pharmacy is golden!

I was really disappointed with the pharmacist's response when I asked for a consultation. He said, "It's pretty self-explanatory," then he giggled.Some background I am a registered nurse, and every time I give nitro transdermally(paste) or tablet by mouth(sublingual), I have to do blood pressure in some intervals. This was an opportunity for the pharmasist to educate me and maybe tell the strength compared to regular nitro paste and make me feel at ease. Keep in mind that you don't know my medical history or any other meds I take. After I asked if it will affect me systematically, he said, "it may affect your blood pressure a tiny bit, and when standing up, you may feel like whoa".Also, I have never heard of "compounded" medication. I didn't even know insurance didn't cover. I was in and out of the place 3 times to see if the prescription came through. They could have given me a heads up on the cost.It was already a bad day after an embarrassing banding procedure. This experience lacked compassion and made my day even worse. There is some room for improvement for sure. Would never get my meds filled here again.
