I recently had the pleasure of booking a storage unit with CubeSmart and had the opportunity to work with Alisha, Jonathan, and Darryl. Their commitment to customer service was evident as they each took the time to ensure I found the right storage solution to suit my needs.I am not only impressed with their service but also with the Nickerson facility itself. The cleanliness of the facility is commendable; from the storage units to the hallways, the bathroom, and even the driveways surrounding the building, everything was spotless.The booking process was seamless and straightforward. Moreover, CubeSmart offers extremely reasonable rates, which adds even more value to their service.I am more than satisfied with my experience and would rate the Nickerson CubeSmart a perfect 10/10. The person working at the front desk clarified my questions. He showed me the units I was interested in so I sure I was getting what I intended. Great, painless experience, and less expensive than the previous storage unit I had at another place.

Easy to find and access. Great rates and the staff does their best to educate customers on all the fine points prior to signing. Alicia, Darryl, and Johnathan were focused and friendly. Happy to have this business close to home!Only recommendation is to add signage to the interior bay hallways that gives numbers and directions (similar to hotels).

I just moved out of my storage space at the CubeSmart location on W. Nickerson St., Seattle after 4 years. Our global travel has ended, so the storage is no longer needed. However, I want to commend the staff at this location and especially Darrell. He has been extremely helpful on several occasions. Darrell performs his job in a superior manner and provides outstanding customer service. In addition, the general manager, Patricia, who is now at the Aurora Ave. location, is very personable and is always willing to help. I highly recommend CubeSmart to anyone needing storage space in Seattle.Michael Kirschner
