Normally great - last night's bulgogi had incredibly raw meat that resulted in food poisoning.

The amount of money paid for some chicken, a little thing of rice and some pickled radish was a joke. I felt like a clown. The food was fine. But the wallet aftertaste is bitter. I will just make chicken at home.

Horrible food. This is the worst bonchon I’ve ever had. The chicken was obviously grocery store kids wings with some sauce. Definitely wouldn’t recommend.if you want better bonchon, you literally have to leave the state. What a waste of money.

Worst Bonchon chicken I’ve had. I’ve had Bonchon in Chicago, D.C, and Boston, each time were pleasant experiences and I loved Bonchon because of how massive the chicken drumsticks were. Here? This specific Seattle location, my first time getting it from here was in the restaurant itself. I was craving Bonchon like crazy and was expecting the chicken to come out as heaping hot, crispy, and huge as my other times eating with Bonchon.Nope. I was disappointed and had to eat Bonchon without a soul in my eyes, it was as if I had went to wingstop and asked for their ethnic asian sauces on their chicken. The drumsticks are about 2/3 smaller than the expected drumstick at any other location, and the chicken is expected to stay crispy after a long period of time, even after being microwaved.2nd experience with this location, I had free $30 ubereats credit and felt like Korean Fried Chicken, had Pelicana and Bonchon as options at the time. Figured maybe Bonchon could redeem themselves? Ordered from them, comes in a nice box, a meal set for 4 but it was really only enough for 2 because of how embarrassingly small their chicken is. Chicken skin was a mix of crispy limp because of moisture and their inefficient fake-Bonchon method of frying. Even the fries were better.Definitely should have ordered from Pelicana instead, they’re 20x better than the Seattle Bonchon location. Hopefully the bigwigs at Bonchon get enough critiques for this spot and care enough to get this location trained to become a real Bonchon.LEFT PIC IS FROM VIRGINIARIGHT PIC IS FROM ILLINOISyou can see why im disappointed if you go to the Seattle Bonchon and expect chicken the size of a child’s hand or bigger

Ordered from Uber Eats and fries are soggy with no flavor. The fried chicken combo- we barely got wings and only two large drum sticks with mostly mini drum sticks. The fried chicken is also quite unseasoned.

Please do not even waste your time coming to this place for wings or boneless chicken they’re boneless chicken it’s already cooked from another store, it’s not homemade all they did was just add the sauce. Please don’t waste your time or money. And there are horrible at answering the phone.

Bonchon -- A Flavorful Explosion. If you're a fan of crispy, succulent fried chicken flavored with your favorite Korean sauce, look no further! I have been to my fair share of KFC places, and this place stacks up there with the best! The dim lighting and upbeat pop tunes added to the overall energetic vibe, enhancing the dining experience.Bon Chon's menu offers a delightful array of Korean fried chicken options as well as other dishes, ensuring there's something to satisfy every palate. Though I wasn't thrilled to pay extra just for some radishes, everything else was wonderful! The service was also very attentive and food came out quickly. I would definitely come back again!

I used to love this place. Not anymore. I ordered 30 pieces boneless chicken and here’s what I got for $40 when I opened the box at home. Using this size of box does not even make sense for this small amount of chicken nuggets. The food also got worse - salty and chewy. I’m so sad that I just lost one of my favorite Korean food restaurants.

This is probably the worst bonchon I've been to in terms of the food.I came here because I wanted to introduce my friends to KFC.I have been to the bonchon in NYC and I frequently go to the ones in SF Bay Area so I can compare with other bonchon. The chicken here is fried way too much. It feels almost like Wingstop in that the pieces are over fried to the point of dry. When chicken is over fried they shrink and becomes dry. The juiciness of the chicken meat was what sets Korean fried chicken apart from other fried chicken place and unfortunately this place botched them. I still do recommend spicy flavor over either the soy garlic or Korean BBQ if you can take spicy. The service itself is good as they constantly come to refill water and I feel bad about not leaving a larger tip but since my friend paid I can't say much. The place is not very large so I don't recommend a larger party (more than 4) to come together.

I love supporting local, Asian concepts. I've got to say as a Korean American, I was disappointed...I'm not looking for food as grandma made it but at the very least the rice could have been cooked fresh not a gluttonous mass of white stuff mimicking rice. Heck, Asian Food 101 is to have properly cooked rice! Anyways, the bulduk was ok, the tofu bibimbop was mediocre at best. Wings were better than I'd imagine and the beers were cold hence the 3 stars. Not a very good first time experience.

Drove 1 1/2 hours for this since last time i had bonchon was in NJ and it was delicious and crispy. So I went to this location and ordered the bibimbap with bulgogi, it was very good and fresh ingredients. I ordered some chicken to go and i had some of my bibimbap left so when i got my chicken to go i went and opened it then waiter dude said they may have forgotten 2 pieces of chicken so im like ok. Good thing he remembered or i would have been quite unhappy driving that far and missing 2 chicken. Then i tried the chicken, it was good but it was not crunchy at all, I was severely disappointed that this WA location was not as good as the NJ location. That's probably the last time ill go there since it wasn't crunchy and that's what bonchon prided itself in and it did not deliver. I hope they fix it since its the only bonchon in WA. Maybe after a few years I might want to visit again and hopefully its crunchy again. Sigh*
