I went in today for the first time and had a great experience. Marc and the team were helpful in getting sizes and figuring out what type of fit was going to be best for my style. I do wish I could leave the store with my items instead of them being shipped to me, but I think the trade off was with it.

I just had a great experience shopping for a suit for a short notice wedding. The styles in store were beautiful and the customer service matched. I worked with Emily Skinner to choose the look and get the measurements. I had under 2 weeks to prepare. I ordered the suit from the store location on a Saturday, and the suit shipped on Monday at 7am. Didn't even have to get expedited shipping.

Had a very pleasant experience stopping in at this Bonobos to try on some clothes as I revamp my wardrobe. Nick McGrath, the Guide who helped me, was very patient, accomodating, and friendly as I tried on a variety of different clothes to order online. He even took note of the clothes that I tried on and the various fits that worked for me so I had that information later on when I order. I would definitely stop by again!

I never expected Bonobos to be the place where I’d find such a beautifully crafted, Italian-made suit—but I was pleasantly surprised!
Emily Skinner, the Lead Guide who helped me find my suit, was incredible. She walked me through every step of the process—fitting, trying different options, and ultimately helping me choose the perfect suit. I had been considering a custom suit at another store for over $2,500, but the quality and style of the suit Emily helped me find at Bonobos far exceeded what I was comparing.
The University Village store may look small, but it has everything you need to try on styles you love, and they make ordering different options seamless. Shipping is fast, and returns are easy if something doesn’t work out.
I highly recommend Bonobos and Emily to help with any men's clothing need you may have.

Stopped in to see if they had a replacement button for a pair of pants I’d bought on online. They didn’t have one, but instead Emily went above and beyond with a full refund and a promo code for a replacement. It’s such a great experience to have a local guideshop with this level of customer care. Highly recommend!

Highly recommend going here, the service is great (Thanks Lexi), they are knowledgable and work with you to find the best fit. They have all the styles they have online, so you can see and feel the quality. I've been buying Bonobos for a while and the quality and durability has been very good.

Lexi and the U village team were fantastic. She is highly knowledgeable about the product line and attentive in just the right way.
