10 Stars! Brian sold my home in Mountlake Terrace in March 2025. We received multiple offers over asking price and had an offer mutually accepted in less than a week! He went above and beyond every step of the way! We were able to complete the transaction remotely from my new out-of-state location which was incredibly helpful. On the personal side, Brian is so conscientious, genuine, has excellent communication and I could not have imagined a better experience - simply the best!!!

Brian recently helped me sell a rental property on Magnolia. It took a bit to get it sold but it did sell thanks to Brian’s diligence and wealth of experience. Brian listens. I start with that because it’s important that you have an agent that is refining the search based on your needs and priority list items. Brian’s been doing this for 30+ years in a place he was born and raised. He knows the neighborhoods, the cultures, and evolution of the region.
My wife and I needed a house with a legit MIL space for mom and the very first house that he showed us is the one we came back four months later. It wasn’t that it was not ideal, we just felt we we’re supposed to look at more houses. By the time we knew the first house was the one, it went to pending and we kept shopping. Then the offer fell through and we got the house! Four months of our sensible and non-sensible (myself - I fully own it), of places that had great views but were money pits, Brian still took the time to view and talk through pros and cons. He’s honest, SUPER skilled about the market conditions and he made house hunting pretty enjoyable even though we had a more challenging search.
We can’t imagine our search without Brian. He knew from house one what we needed and he kept focused from start to finish. Very grateful!

My family has had the pleasure of working with Brian several times over the past 5 years. Brian recently helped us to purchase a home and put another on the market.
