Kudos to Yenni and Jeff who showed great hospitality during my visit. They are very professional on their jobs, measuring my exact foot size (both width and length) and recommending the right size shoes based on the measurement.

Yenni is amazing! A friend of mine has always said I need to buy a pair of Indys and I love the look so I finally decided to take the plunge. Living in the Midwest, I really wanted the lug sole for use all year round. Also, living so far away from their store, I did not want to spend the money without knowing exactly how they would fit. I reached out to Yenni and she walked me through the process. She understood my concern and once we figured out the size I would need (which was way different than I would have ordered without consulting Yenni), said she could send me a pair to try on. She shipped the pair to try on, they fit like a glove! I was then ready to order my own pair. I sent the pair back to her, she applied the funds to my new pair, and they should be delivered this fall. I cannot wait. Thank you Yenni!

It can be intimidating to walk into a store like this, given the shoes are $500+, but I had a great experience. Sean helped me find my size and let me try on a bunch of shoes, with no pressure. I am really interested in these shoes now and hope to buy my first pair soon.

The guy I worked with, Xavier, knocked my socks off with his assessment of the foot pain problem, sold me two pairs of shoes and some foam inserts, and I was very impressed with the technology they use to figure out what you do when you walk/run.

If you love Alden boots, this is a place you need to know. I came here to check out some Indy boots, of course not finding my size as I have EE wide feet that are hard to size. That said, I got sized and was able to custom order some Indy boots where I could select more than sizing. Was able to select the leather, some stitching options and the sole construction. Definitely a fan of Brick + Mortar. I'm already ready to so another order for some green suede boots.
