I love my Glycerin 20 shoes. They are the least uncomfortable shoes I've ever worn. I have high arches and bone spurs developing on the tops of my feet. These shoes do not hurt my feet further. Took off one star since their bras are terrible now. They bought out Moving Comfort and then got rid of all their actually supportive styles: Juno, Fiona, etc. Found Syrokan brand on Amazon which is very similar to the old Moving Comfort bras.

This is a really super store. They were extremely helpful finding me running shoes and outfits. I have to say that I am a smaller male and their XS actually fits me. Such is a rare occurrence. I think my whole wardrobe is now Brooks.

Don't buy their shoes from Amazon. They will send you some random leather thing in the mail instead of shoes and it will be a hastle.

I briefly stopped in to check out the store. I'm not a runner myself, but this store has probably 70 different Brooks running shoes and extensive running apparel (including hats + gloves too). If you like Brooks shoes and running, this store will be just for you. Very picturesque location along the Fremont waterfront, next to lots of restaurants and GasWorks park.

I submitted an order and immediately called in to customer service to swap the shoe (for one the same price), and I was told that there was nothing they could do for me. It had 'already been sent to the warehouse'.. in the 60 seconds that had gone by. I have to wait for it to show up and then return them. I'm sure they have a quality product, but the customer service complaints here from everyone are valid. Really awful.

Brooks running shoes used to be a great and fantastic company. Emphasis on the "used to." I purchased a pair of Omnis in late 2013 and they lasted a good 5 years of outside of work. Helped comfort my back as well. When I replaced them in 2019 I figured it would be the same quality of shoe. This is no longer the case. Within a year of use the shoe had delaminated and had plenty of gaps all across. Hoping to believe this was a fluke, I purchased another pair in 2020. This one again began falling apart on the bottoms and by August it was unusable. I contacted the store was told that there was a 90 day return policy in accordance with the company. I was also told that 6 months was now the average on these shoes. That is just plain unacceptable for $180 where you can just buy a trashy Wal-Mart shoe for $20 to get the same longevity. One more attempt to trust this company and this was it - the Omni 21 had lasted a total of 5 months before the rubber separated from the bottom and front of the shoes. I'm told that it's because of lateral movement on the shoes but it seems obvious this company has cut down on quality and kept the price. What I'm trying to express is - don't buy from them. Someone obviously higher up decided to cut their costs to increase profits but in doing so tarnished the company's long standing reputation.

I recently purchased a Brooks Adrenaline GTS 21 pair for running here in Victoria, BC and let me tell you, I regret not owning Brooks shoes long time ago because they are game changer. I have wide feet with over pronation and really something about these shoes make me feel that I am wearing the most comfortable and solid running shoes ever! I am planning on visiting Seattle, and when I do, I will definitely come check out your store and maybe get myself a second Brooks pair because I am sure you have a bigger selection.

Good shoes but horrible customer service.Half of the workers who work hq shop don't even understand their products. All they do is using phones and make jokes about fitness influencers.Don't get me wrong, their shoes are top qualities in the market but their customer service is very poor

Brooks Sports Inc is the only corporation in America that has provided me with quality footwear that supports my back, knees, feet and my stiff joints.They have created the perfect walking and running shoe for me they also have great customer service.Today, I purchase the women's ghost 13 midnight black size 8.5.They were so comfortable that I , took a nap earlier with my brooks shoes own.

My daughter is at AIT on base. She ordered 1 pair of shoes. She was charged 4 times. I had to call to have them reverse the charges. If you don’t call ... they don’t reverse them. ???????. They have known about the 2 bugs their online system has for 6 months. Both bugs involve the billing address. Brooks gets lots of business from the military (even offers a military discount) and many times our servicemen don’t have the same billing address as ship to address. There are no pop ups or warnings or any type of transparency on this issue. Until this is fixed I certainly would NOT order from Brooks.
