Very rough and hasty, even when there wasn't anyone waiting after me! Got a painful cut while getting my upper lips threading done! Won't recommend!

I had a great experience here! I went in on a sunday and had 0 wait time. I had not had my eyebrows threaded in years so I was a little nervous but the woman made me feel super comfortable and listened to what I was wanting. She stopped part way through to show me in the mirror and make sure that my eyebrows were the way that I wanted. Everything was easy and quick and I left super happy with the results. I will be making this my new threading place.

I cannot recommend Brow Arc enough, especially because of the incredible Abida! She is exceptionally talented, with a meticulous attention to detail that ensures you always leave loving your results. I’ve had both my eyebrows threaded and waxed here, and every single time, I walk out feeling confident and thrilled with how I look.
Abida’s dedication to perfection and her expert touch are truly unmatched. No other place I’ve been to compares to the quality of her work. As I prepare to leave Seattle, one of the things I’ll miss most is my visits this Brow Arc and seeing Abida.

I had a very unpleasant experience at this salon. I do not recommend their waxing services for eyebrows. The technician was extremely rough during the procedure, and it left my eyelids burned and visibly marked. It was very uncomfortable and unprofessional. I’m not sure if threading is different, but at least with waxing, I had a terrible experience.

I have been going to the Brow Arc Northgate location for over a decade for threading and I’ve always been very satisfied with the service. Abida always does such a good job and is very friendly and kind. I highly recommend her!

Today was my first time at Brow Arc @ Northgate and I am blown away by both my results and how amazing Abida was. I am used to feeling dissatisfied with my eyebrow threading results at other places, but Abida was so gentle and thorough with her threading. She made sure I was satisfied with thickness and shape halfway through and was able to correct and match my previously uneven eyebrow shapes while still keeping them as thick as possible like I requested. 10/10 service, I will most definitely be returning!
