I visited the Ballard location recently during a very quiet time of day and the two associates, Andrew and Eli, should be acknowledged for their customer service! My car was extremely dirty from parking outside from fall residue and birds. Andrew informed I could go thru multiple times so I took him up on it! They both took extra time to scrub my car before entering the wash each time with a smile and a wave. Bravo!

Car damaged, tried for over a week to get a manager on the phone to discuss, finally got someone on the phone today and they sounded like they couldn’t have cared less. For a $200 issue, it seems like it would have been better to just split the bill or pay in full as a gesture of good will.
Since there’s virtually no support in the event of any damage, and given the experience, probably will look elsewhere.

Super easy and straightforward to use - staff friendly and carwash was great (both in terms of quality and 'shock & awe' value for my toddler who loved it). They have several stalls for vaccuuming car interiors as well, which included microfiber towels and cleaning solution. We'll be back!

Beary Friendly staff for best deal if you wash ypur car regularly get the membership it bays for itself if you get at least 2 washes a month.

Very happy with their basic monthly plan. Love that they notify you a week before they charge for the next month and automatically stop billing if you haven’t gone after a while. In a world of forgotten about subscriptions, Brown Bear shows they’re honest and ethical.
Car comes out looking WAY better than Costco’s and many more locations to choose from as well. Never had any damage or swirl marks. Highly recommend!

I used to think Brown Bear was a step above your typical drive-through car wash. But anymore I get warned about my wiper. I get warned about my roof rack. I get warned about now the antenna (shark fin) on the back of my car. At what point does the car wash take responsibility for safekeeping of their facility, and the vehicles traveling through it? Feels very pass the buck kind of vibe and not at all the service level I’ve come to expect from brown bear. Will probably cancel and just spray the car off at home.

This one is closer to my house but I usually go to the interbay one. Lately I have been going to this location but the last few months every time you go to buy a wash a sales associate runs over while you picking your wash and stands there the whole time trying to sell you their subscription. No matter how many times you say no they keep pushing and repeat the same script over and over. I understand they are trying to promote the business but it’s so over the top and there’s no respect while you say no and it is every single time now. I stopped going to this location because of it. I’m already here buying the product I don’t want to have a five minute conversation about not needing a membership after I’ve said no multiple times. They use to be friendly and helpful here now it’s just the constant “buy more” every time you go there. It’s sad to see.
