Not sure who is teaching customer service here, but they’re doing a heckuva job. Without fail, every employee is friendly and helpful and seems to be appreciative of you coming to their place of business. Very nice to see this sort of service still taught, and communicated to employees. No idea whether or not it’s all locations or this location only.
Otherwise, always get a good car wash when I go through here which is what I’m looking for.

Whenever I am nearby, I try to run through their tunnel wash. It is the best in my opinion. I won't go to any other car wash.

Poor customer service. Next one is for Ford Auto Dealer for passing an expired car was coupon from a recent service. So car washes are obviously purchased in bulk and then used. Why not honor it? Was very displeased by the service received just now. I had a stack of car wash vouchers without any dates on them bought from HS kids 5 years ago. Those work but one purchased by an auto dealer is denied bc they stapled one from last year on a recent service receipt!? Greedy if you ask me to get paid for something not rendered…

The staff were very helpful to my grandfather and the prices were decent. Most of the time there are long lines but the staff make sure they go by fast.

Excellent customer service! Can't say enough about a young man there helping me.
I paid for my wash and drove ahead and my window wouldn't roll up. (Older car). I pulled aside and the same young man ran over trying to help so he gave me a credit. I pull forward going to leave and my window rolled up! I opened my door and said to him look my windows up. So he runs over again and redid my wash so I got to complete my wash. 3 times he ran back and forth. This was at lake City car wash.
I won't forget his kindness!!!

I use this spot to wash my company vehicle. The staff is always nice and helpful. The price seems fair and I've never had any damage to the van. The vacuums aren't my favorite, but I like that they have towels and glass cleaner readily available for use and load me up with free air fresheners.

Friendly and helpful staff at this neighborhood car wash. Starting with a regular car wash, you can add on special treatments. They have vacuums for interior cleaning and offer towels for additional drying off. It can get very busy, particularly on sunny days. Highly recommend!

Their towel service is excellent and what makes a superior experience to Costco’s car wash. I always keep a bottle of interior cleaner and rainex in case I go by this Cedar Park or Interbay’s Brown bear locations and want to hop in the tunnel really quickly!

Employee Scott kept talking to the customer while there were 3-4 cars waiting. Unprofessional and have no courtesy to others. For what???

The csr wash took off MOST of the dirty spots on my car which was a lot better than I expected honestly. It was still a bit dirty in some spots but it wasn't bad. I would go again if my car gets dirty.
