They took time to understand my career goals and especially what I was looking for in the next company. They provided interview advice and coaching, as well as great resume tips to help me stand out. Throughout the process they were there with knowledge, encouragement, and I never felt hurried or like I was "a number" to be placed to meet metrics. Additionally, they have followed up to make sure everything is going well and continue to be available for questions or guidance.
