This location is a bit and switch scam. Don't come here unless you want problems. We booked for $240 and they wanted to charge more than $500 when we arrived. Don't waste your time and money. The attendent was the most disrespectful person I've personally had at an agency!

Reserved a cargo van. Got a cube van. More of a truck in my humble opinion. Not comfortable nor quiet for the move we were making. Service at pick up and return was curt, short. Not at all pleasant. If Enterprise did one way rentals of this type. We would've used them as we always do. So it goes. Can't always be a five star experience.

Do not rent from this Budget location! There customer service is terrible. I rented through Uber and they agreed on the cost which is printed on the receipt I received when I picked up the car. Later my credit card was charged extra. The car was above full on gas when I got it and it was above full when I returned it 8 hours later. I only drove it 13 miles. I did not agree to being charged extra and did not initial the fine print on the receipt. They also added money for basic insurance but I did not agree to that.
Avoid this place. There are other choices for rental cars near there.

DO NOT RENT FROM HERE!!!
THEY CHARGED ME 115 FOR A $45 TRUCK!
THEY ADDED HIDDEN FEES
THEY LIED AND TOLD ME IT WOULD BE SAFE TO RETURN AFTER HOURS NO CHARGES.
HE CHARGED SEVERAL INVALID CHARGES AND FEES.
When I called to address it, HE TALKED OVER ME, REFUSED TO HEAR ANYTHING I HAD TO SAY AND THEN HUNG UP ON ME!!!
A $45 QUOTE!!
CHARGED ME $115!!!!
DO NOT TRUST THIS PLACE! DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR INFO, DO NOT RENT ANYTHING FROM HERE!!!

Completely dishonest. Scammers. I had the vehicle for 4 days and drove driveway to parking lot. I returned it in the same condition I was given the vehicle, after shaking out the floor mat. The person looked inside the vehicle and told me everything was ok. I now received a notice for a $250 cleaning fee for DIRT? Where this alleged dirt came from AFTER the vehicle was inspected by the attendant is anyone’s guess. I am stopping payment on my CC and disputing the charge as well as contacting the Better Business Bureau to report this location. Save yourself the headache and rent from anywhere else. Hertz has treated me well in Seattle. I tried to save a few bucks by going with Budget and am being scammed for it. Never again.

When we first arrived at this Budget location to rent a car for about two weeks, the staff member first tried to give us a car that had dirt and stains on the seats, which had a wet sock of a previous renter inside it, and an almost flat tire. We did get a different newer car then, which worked well.
When we returned the car, they looked at the car and told us that everything was alright. One full week after that, we suddenly got an e-mail in our inbox saying that they want to charge us 250 USD for cleaning. The reason was that there was a bit of dirt on the floor mats, which should take no more than 5 minutes to vacuum clean. I never had a Budget rental agency complain about that and I am very upset that the staff member did not say this immediately when we returned, as we could have gone to the gas station on the other side of the road to vacuum easily.
So somehow when this Budget gives a car to you, there are no standards for cleanliness, but when you return it, it should be spotless. So for all the future renters, be aware that this Budget location is trying to screw people over and be prepared for that.

I would give zero!
This place is a fraud!
The guy didn't honor our reservation and without let up know open a new reservation, different terms and let up sign it, again, without letbus know the changes he made.
We've assumed we are renting in the reservation terms. His fraud surfaced when we've returned the cargo vanin other location as was in the original reservation.
Avoid this location if you can!

My parents reserved a car online through Budget's website to be picked up at this location. When they arrived, they were told Budget couldn't honor their confirmed price and wanted to charge them $500 more. My mom spent an hour on the phone with various Budget representatives trying to figure out how she got that price. She had to email them her confirmation, and it was a huge pain in the butt.
This place is run by an owner who doesn't seem to care about customer experience. He had ONE lady working the place, and she had to do ALL the jobs, including cleaning the cars, answering phones, greeting and taking care of customers, doing the rental walkthrough, etc. How he expects her to clean cars while also dealing with customers is beyond me. The car my parents got wasn't clean and had lots of physical damage to the outside (more than I'd expect for a rental car).
They also use extremely antiquated systems. The contract my mom signed was printed on a dot-matrix printer like it was 1994. The car walkthrough was also done on paper. Other car-rental companies have been using technology for these things for years. Why is Budget so behind?
Anyway, this place was a huge disappointment, and I nor my parents will ever rent a car from Budget again.

I ordered and paid for a 4 wheel drive car but when I got there, they said it wasn't available and told me I wold need to rent from somewhere else. After arguing for an hour, the "found" another one for me.

Was told online and over the phone that debit cards are accepted, so I made a reservation. Went to pick up the car, and the office is locked with instructions to call. Someone let us in, but the actual office itself is upstairs, with no elevator or accommodations for my mobility device. Eventually, I started the paperwork, only to be told that there is a soft credit check with debit card use. Was denied a car with no explanation, even though my credit is fine and I've used budget before without issue. Wasted trip and I will never use that company again.

Uhaul cancelled on us at the last minute, saying they no longer had the truck we needed. We were in a pinch, as we had to move all the stuff out of our house and no longer had a truck. Budget Car Rental saved the day! We got a slighter bigger truck from them for $100 cheaper than the original uhaul we ordered and it worked great for our move. Thank you, Budget!
