I had a simple problem with a deadbolt. The technician kindly examined the problem part, searched for a possible replacement. Conclusion: problem in the door frame, not the lock. Great courtesy and no charge for the time.

I'm not one to write a lot of reviews but had to drop 5 stars here. They came out for our HOA and was nothing but professional. I'd give them 6 stars if I could, the extra star for loving on my dog!!!
Super professional, personable and definitely knows their stuff! Will recommend whenever possible and will be using them again!

I was accidentally locked out of my house today. We are currently in the middle of a winter freeze. It was only 18 degrees. Fortunately, I was wearing a coat and had my smart watch. I was able to call my sister to contact Bulger Safe & Lock emergency service. Gene DeBois promptly responded, and provided excellent service. Gene DeBois is a very knowledgeable and personable young man. He gave me some great tips on preventing future issues. I am very impressed with the service I received and highly recommend Gene DeBois and Bulger Safe & Lock to anyone who may need their services.

Great help from Auri and Eric in the workshop Excellent company . I get the impression that they are proud to keep things working for decades maybe centuries. Got rare keys made no problem. Rebuilt and rekeyed a 50 year old Medeco lock. They made keys for my car that worked better than the brand new Toyota key that struggled to unlock driver side door. In the past they have helped me with fire proof filing cabinet , Condo Locks, Office and filing cabinet locks. Always pleasant hard working serious good results. I've been working with this company since 1996.Bulger lock will get it done for you.

Needed to have some locks re keyed and others changed out on a commercial space in downtown Seattle. They were able to meet us on site within a couple of days. They called the morning of to communicate the arrival time and were there within the hour. They had everything needed to complete the work in one trip and the tech - Chris was friendly and did a great job. Would certainly use them again.
