I always use this coffee shop before heading to my office.Always clean and people are nice and also it’s not that expensiveHighly recommended! The store is clean and the staff are friendly! If you're a frequent customer, it's recommended because you can earn points just by entering your phone number at the end of your checkout.I always drink drip coffee with half & half near the drinking spout. It's about 4 dollars lol

I travel to Seattle about every 6 months, just because. And every time, I research where I'm going to eat. I had been looking forward to the quiche, and lightly sweet hot chocolate (love the hot chocolate, just usually way too sweet). Neither disappointed. The staff very gracious, service quick. Reason for a 4, cushions are very warn, tables hadn't been wiped down, and I was looking forward to my hot drink in a ceramic cup. I think I may have ordered a size that didn't come in a mug, just guessing. Other than that, a wonderful spot to sit, jazz music playing in the background, and a perfect view of Seattle rain

Great food, in particular the ham and cheese quiche. Really good coffee. The staff is what really makes this place stand out though. Always super friendly and welcoming. I happened to try it my first morning in town because of its location (which is also great) and came back every morning I was here.

The mocha and oatmeal cookies were delicious, and the employees were very sweet.Only negative thing is that I got the biscuit and jam, and the biscuit tasted kind of fishy? Not sure if I was imagining it.

I gotta say, today's experience with this place was just plain awful. I've been a regular for breakfast here for about six months, and while the food and coffee are ok, today's encounter with their staff left a bad taste in my mouth.I was waiting in line, along with a lady ahead of me, and they took her order. But then, another line formed from a different direction, and the late comers didn't even bother to check if we were in line (by now another lady came in and waited behind me). We'd been waiting for a good 10 minutes, and then the barista said no to us, "Oh, the line starts over there" while pointing to the latecomers, as if they didn’t see us for the whole time!? The lady behind me and I just walked out in frustration. You'd think they could've at least acknowledged our wait and let us be the next order, but nope, they handled it unprofessionally. I won't be coming back.

The best foam on the cappuccino. This place is classy. Sprinkled sugar and chocolate on Capp gave it a swirl. Divine.

First time visiting, and self-proclaimed coffee snob. Excellent espresso. Barista was knowledgeable and machine/grinder both dialed in very well. Parm bacon scone was a winner too. Nice job.

I go here every week. It's in the lobby of an office building so there's a lot of businesspeople having breakfast/coffee there. They offer the typical coffee shop drinks and food, for about an average price for the area (my order, a 16oz soy mocha with a $1 tip costs $7.34). The mocha sweetness is customizable (some/all/none) because their cocoa is unsweetened. I always get full sweetness but it's definitely better than Starbucks and probably cheaper too. They offer reusable cups and plates and silverware but you have to ask for it ("for here"). It's a bit small as are most coffee shops downtown but there's usually space to sit. They also have granitas which I haven't tried but I hear that they're quite good. They have a customer bathroom down the hall. The sign is very small and pushed back so you might miss it the first time. It's round and green with a griffin (? I think) on it in white, next to a small plaza.
