Our law firm has been using Capes and Powers IT services for close to 10 years now. We made the switch because our prior provider didn't want to provide support for the programs we were using, instead leaving it to us to deal with programming issues we were not familiar with. Not only do Capes and Powers keep us on track for all our internet security management, file storage, back ups and monitoring, they also go that extra step to help us "less tech savvy" with some of our simpler user end issues. They are always professional and pleasant and give us just the right amount of information to help us help ourselves. I haven't even looked at any competitors offers. I don't think I could get more knowledgeable reliable and friendly IT service anywhere else.

Matt is great! solved problems quickly. I had several other techs (from other companies) work on my network, which is medium complicated and they all struggled till I Matt arrived. He was very logical and willing to talk through resolutions and implement them. Very happy with the service.

We have been a client for over 10 years and receive the best service from Capes and Powers. A well rounded veteran group of IT specialist, they provide it all. Customer support, an amazing help desk that jumps right in and fixes the issue. They also provide security best practices, device management, server migration and everything else we ask for. (they helped us in a bidding war for a domain name)! Really easy to work with. They also have competitive pricing and flexible models to choose from.

The best IT techs I've ever worked with! Friendly, informative, not at all judgmental or know-it-all-y when I was totally clueless about computer stuff. Very responsive - you definitely feel like they make you a priority :)
