Machine was jammed with coins, my money got stuck with no service provided.
Called the customer service number, they kept promising to refund me, and never did.
Very bad service. Go somewhere else.

$2 for 3 minutes but it won’t turn on until you put 4 dollars in, then it only runs for 4 minutes. The well water smells like rotting saltwater seaweed and fish, so now my car does. Never going here again. Avoid this dump.

spent $15 here to have my car look streaky and not even remove bird poop. vacuums also did nothing to clean the inside of my car. ended up having to drive to chevron to use their car wash instead. called and they said they would mail me a refund so i will update if they end up actually doing it.
UPDATE: they never refunded me so i’ll be reporting them to the BBB and encourage everyone to just completely avoid using this car wash and go somewhere else

Absolutely the worst car wash I have ever been in, nothing works properly, I lost $10 to the credit card machine, went to use the coin operation it had a coin jammed in it, the touches car wash is terrible doesn't wash or dry your vehicle

The bay closest to Graham intermittently dispenses soap when you have it set to rinse. The result is soap is left on your vehicle when you are trying to rinse. The management reluctantly refunded me and questioned why I wanted a refund. I had been using this carwash for over 5 years. I wont be back.

They don't have a spot-free rinse and the only way to pay by card is to exchange $5, $10, or $15 in tokens. $9 worth got me a couple go-rounds of soap, 4 wheels covered in simple green, a couple go-rounds of rinse, and a couple minutes of the (actually decent) dryer nozzle. Will be back to cash out the last token.

Came to use the vacuum. Unfortunately, the one I used had rather weak suction, so it didn’t really clean my car properly.

It's kind of the only game in town but they don't repair their equipment quickly. And some of the bays don't do what they're supposed to. IE the rinse setting will still shoot soap....

Water runs out too fast and vacuums barely work. I bought my own stuff to do at the house.

Had a hard time with the coins being accepted last year… we shall see today! I have a jeep also. I’ll be looking to review more if there are any positive changes
So far so good on my last visit. I put in coins from a few dollars of cash I had. I ran out of time but all went well.

Suction wasn’t that great and the prices were a little higher than other self serve car wash spots like brown bear. The wash itself was decent.

The touchless wash does not get your car clean. I have a new black jeep with a crystal coat so can’t use brushes. Waste of time and money. I do not recommend if you are particular about your paint. Does not clean and leaves water spots. It washes better at home with a microfiber cloth and spray….
