Super knowledgeable about the product. These guys know more than I thought there was to know about carpet. Super helpful when trying to determine what is going to be best for our usage, durability, style, etc. I felt like we were in great hands from a customer service standpoint. We took home some samples and I think we've picked a winner. Going to call them tomorrow and schedule a service appointment. BTW, they have a huge warehouse of carpet remnants too. You should really drive down and check them out. If he's around, ask for Mike V., he's the GM.

We purchased carpet from CL-South Seattle several years ago. When we wanted to update the bedrooms we again made purchase from CL-South Seattle. The installers that were sent out did an excellent job removing all the old carpet but also the remaining staples/nails and prep the new carpet pad. They took care when a seam was needed - can’t even tell! We would highly recommend them!

I called the office and spoke to Tyler to have someone come to our place to measure the area needed for installing the carpet. However, the answer given was that we need to come into the store FIRST to determine which carpet we want, commit to something that may not match with the color of the walls, and not knowing how much carpet will be needed/how much money will be spent.It is completely backwards since the sales team usually comes to the house first to measure the square footage, brings a selections of the carpet, makes recommendations on which carpet looks better based on the color of the walls, furniture, etc., then comes the estimate. That way we know how much square footage is needed and how much money needs to be set aside. This is completely disappointing.

Yes it's a bare bones discount warehouse, but we've always received friendly efficient service. Product availability varies widely. Their installation teams show up quickly and do quality work.

This is the best flooring store in the Pacific Northwest. The prices are roughly half normal retail for premium brands and the service and quality are exceptional. Ask for Lee!

Our experience with the South Seattle location of Carpet Liquidators could not have been better. From Day 1 with Todd helping select the carpet to Day 2 making final decision and ordering & scheduling installation to Day 3 when Kiko & his assistant came timely and efficiently removed the horribly animal stained old carpet and installed new pads & carpet in the bedrooms, it was 3 days, start to finish. Todd then followed up with us to be sure everything was as expected. We highly recommend this business and the team we worked with. Thank you so much!!
