Great Service! I am on my third Subaru. I had two Subaru foresters before now I have a Subaru Ascent so I visit this location every few months for my services. The staff here go far and beyond to help with anything. I really appreciate Carlos’s service especially! He’s always been great!

As a first-time car buyer, going to a dealership felt overwhelming, and I honestly didn’t know where to start. Looking back, I feel very lucky that I chose Carter Subaru Shoreline.
James took the time to explain everything to me from beginning to end: what I needed, what I should consider, and how to make the right decision.
He also carefully explained every detail of the car, from the interior features to the exterior, step by step and with so much patience. I never felt like just a customer buying a car. Instead, I felt genuinely cared for, and I am truly grateful for that.
James went above and beyond by introducing me to the staff at Carter Subaru Shoreline and kindly explaining who to reach out to and where to go if I ever need assistance. That was something he absolutely didn’t have to do, but did out of pure kindness.
Buying a car at the end of the year, I unexpectedly met such a wonderful person. Thanks to James, I not only bought a great car, but I’m also ending this year with a grateful heart. If I ever buy a car again in the future, I will always look for James.

We came into Carter Subaru Shoreline to look at a 2026 Forester. We met with Sales Consultant, Mary Philips. She was professional, patient, knowledgeable, thorough. In 2 hours she had trade and other negotiables settled, and we were out the door in the car! We can't recommend Mary or the dealership more.

Mary Philips was fantastic! She was incredibly patient with our questions and indecision and just kept showing us different vehicles until we landed on the perfect one. She was also so helpful with the purchase process and helped us get to the right price — in other words, this was a terrific experience getting into the car we wanted at a price that seemed fair to everyone. So grateful for Mary’s help!

I recently bought a car from them and had a really positive experience. Aleksandr (Sasha) was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. He took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all my questions, and made sure I felt comfortable with each step.

I had a dead battery that was under warranty. They replaced it, did a draw test that failed, and fixed the issue all in one day. Carlos was so kind, patient, and accommodating. He kept me updated the whole time, made sure I was comfortable in the waiting room after I declined their shuttle service, and then offered me a loaner car when it was going to take longer to fix it. While I waited, I watched other Subaru employees come over to speak with other customers, and they were all so calm and courteous with everyone. It was honestly the most pleasant experience I have ever had while getting my car serviced.
