Their services include new bicycles from brands like Seven, Mosaic, Stinner, BMC, and Ibis, alongside bicycle fitting, component and accessories purchases, wheel building, maintenance, repairs, and consulting. They offer top-notch service, including specialized idmatch bike fittings using the latest tools for fine-tuning. The staff is incredibly knowledgeable, helpful, and filled with a wealth of information, providing excellent support even after the service. The store itself is beautiful, featuring amazing high-end bicycles, parts, and accessories. They are known for impressive, fast repairs and a willingness to educate customers, walking them through fixes. Their excellent service extends to finding small parts and special ordering items they don’t have in stock. Cascade Bicycle Studio is highly recommended as the hands-down go-to spot for all bicycle needs.
Great shop with friendly and knowable staff. It may look high end, it might even be, but there’s no attitude here.
