I have been dreading my next haircut since no one can seem to get what I’m looking for every-time.. I came here for the first time because it is nearby, heard good things. This was by far the best experience ever! Very friendly, and gave me the exact cut I asked for. They chopped half my hair and it was such a relief. Looks amazing and feels healthier than ever! Can’t wait to come back for a color!

I was introduced to Chloe through a mutual friend. She gives the most amazing cuts. This is not a budget salon, and I work in the public service sector, so I can only afford to see her a couple times a year, but she completely understands that and knows how to cut your hair so that it grows out beautifully.
She's kind and not overly chatty (often I like to just enjoy the experience of a haircut since I work with people all day).
The salon itself is beautiful and upscale. They offer locally handmade jewelry, Oribe products, and coffee, tea or water when you arrive.
You get a lovely robe to wear over your clothes, as well.
I adore this salon and look forward to my next cut with Chloe.

I recently moved to the area and have now been to Charbon for three cuts/colors. Joanna is a master at rich, natural color and I literally can’t stop looking at the cut I just got from Chloe. The salon staff are also super lovely. And to boot, they seem to always run on time! It can be hard to find your “place” when you move cities, I’m grateful to have found such a good salon.

The salon looks amazing and great reviews, but when I reached out to book an appointment I was told my consultation would occur first (which is standard protocol) but that I would then need to wait up to a couple of weeks before I can get in for my appointment?? As someone who gets her hair done often, the consultation is always included with appointment same day, as it’s literally a 10-15 minute discussion about what my goal is and how close we can get to that. Needless to say, not impressed with their initial process.

Fantastic haircuts and styles. I've been seeing Chloe for a very very long time and she is friendly, meticulous, and has great suggestions on how to take care of your hair and your hairstyle. The salon itself feels like a small spa - a downtown oasis.

I've been with Chloe now for well over 12 years. She has always listened to what I want, and gives great suggestions when you ask. I have naturally curly hair and she knows exactly what to do with it - no bangs that are too short or cuts that don't move with your curl. Over the years I've professionally straightened my hair, embraced my curls, had bangs, long hair, short hair, you name it. She's a master at what she does.

Lahiki is a wonderful colorist and always does a great job on my blonde hair. I feel like this is the best salon in Seattle and I always walk out feeling beautiful. The girls here are so nice, the decor is cute, the products are awesome and I always go in feeling confident that no matter what I decide to do - they're gonna make all my hair dreams come true. Highly recommend this place and so glad my friend referred me here when I moved here! :-)

I went in to get my already light blonde hair touched up with a partial highlight and walked out with my hair two shades darker and ashy (when I specifically asked for golden). It's now a dirty dishwater blonde and is patchy in multiple places. I told the colorist exactly what color a previous stylist used and how she does my hair so she could follow that. She left the foils on me too long and under heat - which I didn't need since I'm already so light - and ended up breaking off my hair. To compensate for the color, she toned it down too much then it turned out grey/green. Now they won't issue me a refund and are insisting I come back in. Honestly, I'm scared to go back based on my first experience. I went to another salon to assess the damage and they said she overprocessed my hair and now I have to wait a few weeks with dark hair before getting it fixed. I have had the worst time finding a good stylist for blonde hair in Seattle, but I've never had someone make my hair darker until now. So disappointing. Giving two stars because I do have a friend who recommended this place and has beautiful dark hair, so maybe it's good for those with naturally dark hair. I'd skip if you're a natural blonde though.
