The Branch Manager Mavourneen and Oscar were very friendly, kind and patient to accommodate my last minute urgent notary requests and helped to get all my paperwork done on time. I really appreciate the tellers in the branch too for their friendliness and patient service.

Had a pleasure dealing with Steven S. Professional and easy going specialist who left no questions being unanswered. We went beyond working hours for 20 minutes, I apologize for that and appreciate your help and patience!

Small business trying to start a company while Chase putting holds on my checks up to 12 days. Lied about the reason every time, deposited from recurrent big client, never bounced a check, never overdraft, cashier checks, regular checks I try all, they just want to force my clients to do wire tranfers.

As a neighboring business of Chase Bank we we thrilled when their security guard, Vince came along. Not only was he providing safety of the bank, he provided all the neighboring businesses with a sense of safety and security. This is not the safest neighborhood and alot of our businesses are ran by women. I am grateful for the times he escorted potential dangers off our property. BUT NOW, THE CHASE MANAGER SAYS NO MORE!. Vince has to stay grounded to the chase property... Now we are again vulnerable, the police dont help, ive called them numerous times and they rarely bother showing up. Chase Bank calls them selves a community bank, supposedly caring for the people. You toolk away the only sense of immediate safety we really had. VERY DISAPPOINTED IN YOUR "Neighborly ways and lack of standing together as a community." SHAME ON YOU CHASE BANK!

I recently had the misfortune of encountering the branch manager Mavourneen at Chase Bank in First Hill, and I must say that her performance was nothing short of abysmal. From her blatant lack of knowledge to her complete disregard for customer satisfaction, she single-handedly managed to cost me hundreds of dollars and left me utterly frustrated. Allow me to delve into the specifics of my dreadful experience. First and foremost, Mavourneen displayed a shocking level of uninformed incompetence. It was evident that she had not taken the time to familiarize herself with even the basic aspects of her job. Her inability to answer simple inquiries left me dumbfounded. I had hoped to receive accurate and helpful information, but instead, I was met with cluelessness and misinformation. It's bewildering how someone in a customer service role could be so ill-prepared and oblivious to their own responsibilities. Moreover, Mavourneen's unhelpful demeanor was truly remarkable. She seemed disinterested and unmotivated to assist me, as if my concerns were an inconvenience to her day. She never introduced herself. When I sought guidance or clarification, her responses were vague and dismissive. It was abundantly clear that she had no intention of going the extra mile or making any effort to resolve my issues. Her lackadaisical attitude towards customer satisfaction was infuriating and wholly unprofessional. But the pinnacle of Mavourneen's incompetence was the exorbitant financial loss she caused me. Due to her inaccurate advice, I made critical financial decisions that resulted in substantial monetary repercussions. Her failure to provide accurate information directly led to me losing hundreds of dollars. It is absolutely unacceptable for a bank employee to be so negligent and for customers to suffer the consequences of their incompetence. In conclusion, the branch manager, Mavourneen M. at Chase Bank in First Hill demonstrated a shocking lack of knowledge, an unhelpful attitude, and an utter disregard for professionalism. Her uninformed and unprofessional conduct cost me a significant amount of money, leaving me thoroughly dissatisfied and disillusioned with Chase Bank's service. I strongly advise others to steer clear of this branch or, at the very least, ensure they avoid any interaction with Mavourneen. It is disheartening to witness such a blatant disregard for customers, and I sincerely hope that Chase Bank takes immediate action to rectify this gross mishandling of customer service.

Please stay away from this branch because you won’t be served well. That manager never emailed me back.

The First Hill location is horrible. Employees are on their cell phone when you walk in and not paying attention to customers. This branch opens at 9am/weekdays, but was told through the door they will not open until about 9:20am for whatever reason I could not understand. In addition, the cash machine does not work properly either. Just close this branch, please.
