If only I could give more stars, I would! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
I recently visited Chase Bank to open a new account after a really disappointing experience with my previous bank. I was honestly dreading the process, but then I met Amberley – and everything changed!
From the start, Amberley was incredibly friendly and professional. I shared a bit about why I was leaving my old bank, and what really impressed me was how she didn’t speak negatively about them at all. Instead, she focused on what Chase could offer me and why switching was the right move. That kind of positivity and integrity? So rare!
Amberley helped me open both a checking and savings account, and even guided me through getting a credit card – all in one visit on a Monday! Because I had just moved and some of my personal info needed verifying, it took a little time, but she kept everything smooth and stress-free.
And then today? She called to congratulate me that my card was approved and ready to be added to my wallet. LIKE—girl, you didn’t just make my morning... you made my entire year! 🎉
Chase, please know you’ve got a gem in Amberley. She turned what I expected to be a stressful chore into one of the most positive experiences I’ve had in a long time.

This has been my go to branch for years. Everyone is helpful and super kind. From the teller staff to individual bankers, everyone does their best to ensure that the customer has a great experience. Shoutout to one particular member - Amberely. Amberely is simply awesome, charming, and kind. Goes above and beyond to help customers with their questions and provide the best service.

The service at this branch is really great. I don’t understand the negative reviews. I went there for opening a new chase account for my wife and Wendy was so patient and explained everything with great details and was very helpful.

The teller under counted my cash deposit by almost $100 and assured me verbally that the correct amount would be deposited into my account but an hour later my app still showed the lower amount instead. I called the Chase customer service line and they only saw the lower amount and said I have to reach out to the specific branch to get this looked at. This was really a hassle because I had to take time out of work to get the branch to fix it.
If I didn't check the app, I'm not sure it would have been corrected automatically and that money might have been lost forever. They were able to fix it in 20 minutes but this makes me so wary of my deposits now. Make sure you triple check how much you're depositing and keep a paper trail of everything!

I had an excellent experience with Chase recently, and I feel compelled to share it since most of the negative reviews I came across are quite old and don’t reflect my experience at all.
Wendy was incredibly helpful in opening my bank account, guiding me through the process with professionalism and care. I was also fortunate to walk in on a day with relatively low rush, which made things even smoother. The service was efficient, and the staff was welcoming. I’m glad I chose Chase and would highly recommend them based on my visit!

I had an excellent experience at the Chase Bank branch located at 350 Westlake Ave N, Seattle, WA 98109. I needed to do a wire transfer and called ahead to check if an appointment was required. The staff assured me it wasn’t and welcomed me to come in.
When I arrived, the process was quick and seamless—my wire transfer was completed in under 10 minutes. The staff were professional, efficient, and friendly, making the whole experience stress-free.
If you need to do any banking, especially something like a wire transfer, I highly recommend this branch. They’re knowledgeable, courteous, and provide great customer service.

Most negative reviews here are unreasonable. I decided to give this branch a shot to open up a bank account, and I was met with top-notch customer service. I'd like to give a shout-out to Wendy Jiang. She did a wonderful job navigating me through my options and even told me about unadvertised sign-up bonuses. She was transparent about the terms of offers as well as fee waiver requirements.
I had some issues related to my chase credit card, and she went the extra mile to call support to fix it for me.
I'm very happy I chose this branch. Thank you Wendy!

The card reader that should unlock the front door to the ATMs in the lobby doesn’t work, so you cannot access ATMs outside of business hours. I tried Chase debit and credit cards and nothing registered. Please fix the card reader or remove it so there’s no false hope.

Twice now I’ve gone into the bank for simple tasks (setup a new checking account, authorized user access) and twice they’ve been incapable of helping. This most recent time the banker said she didn’t know how to help me get added as an authorized user to my husbands account. Meanwhile, my husband was able to easily do this via a private banker branch. What exactly do these people do besides escalate fraud charges?

Not the best customer service. Unnecessary charges for no reason. Long waits to be attended.
