I had a great experience with a man I believe whose name is David, regional manager. He helped me deposit a lot of coins and cash and made me feel welcomed as well as provided great conversation through the process. I really appreciate all of that.

Mary, who I assume is the Lead Teller or Teller Supervisor, has consistently given fabulous customer service for the years I’ve been in Capitol Hill and visiting this Chase branch. She has a warm demeanor and caring aura that is seldom found in customer service and is genuinely helpful.

I was trying to make automatic payment on my car loan from Chase, but the bank worker said that I can’t do it without opening checking account, so I just withdraw money from the Chase ATM and pay my due balance! Not to mention that I was charged ATM fee. Well just to let you know I setup my automatic payments online and also I did it myself. The worst costumer service experience!

Trinh Le, my banker, is very informative, efficient, and extremely knowledgeable. She always informs me of my various investment options when I have meetings with her. I am conservative in my investment strategy, but I always know whom to ask when it comes to my future banking investments and needs. Trinh is a valuable asset in my business. She is the reason I bank at JP Morgan Chase, the Broadway branch in Seattle.

Bad branch - lied about the ability to take foreign currency out. After asking the branch manager to reach out to explain, I never received a call. Waste of time.
