I went in to buy a few rolls of quarters and they where so nice!! They seemed so happy to help me. Ive tried to get rolls of quarters from other banks and since i wasn't a member they told me no but this bank had no problem with helping me. Awesome customer service and great atmosphere!!

I came by today to inquire about redeeming a savings bond my parents got in my name when I was born. I don’t currently have a checking account with Chase but I have in the past and I do have a credit card account with them currently. I had just come from trying to do the same thing at Well’s Fargo (who claims they will redeem savings bonds if you don’t have an account with them, but denied me that service because I have had a name change since the bond was issued at my birth. I had all the proper name change paperwork I needed, but since the reason for my name change was not marriage or divorce, they denied me). So I went to chase down the street to see if maybe they could help. At first the guy behind the counter seemed willing to look into it. I told him I only had a credit card account and he said that might not work but if I gave him the bond, he would look into it. But then some random older gentleman behind me in line apparently saw me at Wells Fargo trying to do the same thing and loudly insinuated I was trying to commit fraud. Said “hey didn’t I just see you down the street trying to do the same thing at another bank?” When I said “yes” he said “that’s suspicious.” I didn’t know what to say because I was in shock from this accusation from a random guy. And he said I’ll just let him deal with you.” I turned back to the teller, humiliated but tried to continue the interaction. I mentioned that my name had changed since the bond was issued but that I had all the right paperwork for that. His whole demeanor suddenly changed and he was just like “yeah sorry. We can’t do that. You have to go online.” And I said “you were gonna check and see if you could do it. I have all the paperwork here. Can you still check and see if it will work.” Without checking anything he said “sorry we don’t do that here. You’ll have to go online through the treasury.” I left without another word, avoiding eye contact with the man who not so subtly accused me of fraud. I was mortified. I suspect that the teller’s demeanor changed because of that man’s accusation and he just assumed I was trying to commit fraud and refuses ti help me further or even look up my account. I have been with chase in some form or another for over ten years. The fact that the teller would outright refuse to even help me because some random guy decided he thought I was being suspicious is outrageous. There are few banks that will redeem paper bonds these days and I had tried and failed at Wells Fargo (because my reason for a name change—being trans—was determined an invalid reason to accept that paperwork). So I came to chase, a place where I have been a loyal customer since I was in high school. And I was treated with suspicion and allowed to be humiliated in the middle of the bank. I am mortified and will likely cease doing business with Chase in the future. Is this how you treat loyal customer? By choosing to treat them with suspicion because some random guy decided he thought what I was doing was suspicious? I have been humiliated twice today at two separate banks. But Chase felt worse because I was treated with suspicion and refused service because some guy (who decided to butt in) said he thought I was suspicious. I just wanted to get my paper savings bonds redeemed. Now I will likely not being doing business with Chase in the future. After over ten years of being a customer, I am shocked, outraged, and bewildered that Chase would treat me this way and refuse to even look at the paperwork he told me minutes ago he would take a look at. All on the false suspicion of some random guy who decided to suspect me of fraud when, in actuality, I was just trying to see if Chase could do what Wells Fargo refused to. Absolutely ridiculous and appalling.

I had an excellent banking experience at this Chase branch. Overall, the location is safe, clean, and accessible with an amiable staff. My tasks enabled me to interface with tellers, bankers, and the branch manager, all of whom were kind and effective workers. I was very impressed with our personal banker, Alfredo, who was friendly, knowledgeable, and supportive. Not only did Alfredo complete my original reason for the visit, but went above and beyond informing me of additional services offered by the branch, walked me through elements of the Chase mobile app, and provided authentic advice and conversation throughout. I would highly recommend this branch!

Unfortunately something has changed (likely due to Covid and the economy so I understand) - I can’t get a response from the bankers in email or a return call, and have gone in 4 times just to try to open a new business account and have been turned away. Other local area Chase banks are also very limited in hours or gave been permanently closed. Don’t want to, but am considering a change.

Not a good bank, would not recommend. Use a credit union like BECU instead.

Chase mailed me some docs last May and I stopped by the local bank. Bankers wrote down my phone # , but never gave me a call back. As a result, Chase withheld my income tax.Chase wouldn’t refund me and asks me to claim it while filling tax.I have same accounts at other banks, but they never withhold any interests/income tax.

Friendly, warm, welcoming team at this location. Very nice to have Real People helping me instead of a computer. Stephen and Jake have been great at the teller window. Both have been very helpful and make doing business a breeze. I appreciate being able to walk in, get what I need done quickly, and get on with my day.Excellent COVID Precautions. Safe.Free parking. Bus stops at several spots close by, very walkable location with lots of shops, cafes, restaurants, and even a library.

Don't support this bank, they support huge fossil fuel projects that are causing climate change. Divest your money!
