Hi! I never write reviews for any restaurant or institution, especially not for specific people, but Justin at this branch has been one of the most knowledgeable, efficient, kind, and understanding bankers I’ve ever worked with. I deal with several banks almost daily to fix issues or open accounts, and Justin has definitely stood out. Communication was clear, direct, quick! It was genuinely a pleasure working with him. I just wanted to share how thankful I am, especially since my past experiences with Chase have been pretty disappointing. This was a refreshing change! Thank you again!

Went to open a checking account with this bank. On the first visit, we made an appointment to come again the next day. Justin and his colleagues were super friendly and helpful.

Hello Chase, while I've enjoyed my walk in experience so far, I would say your online banking platform is so basic and lacks very important details. For example, the first thing I should see after logging in is my Name and other personal details, but the page is so drab with little info. I was trying to see if i could do a screenshot of my transactions so that I could use in place of a bank statemnent for school application, but of what use is a transaction without a name????

The lady by the front door was very nice and helpful with helping me reopen an old account from 2015. I will say the heat at this location was cranked a bit high though.

I came here with the hope to get my question answered, but I do sense a lack a willingness to explain things. I was also made feeling stupid every time I ask a question. I was rushed through reading the contracts. Though I do appreciate being told where to sign, please don’t tell me to keep scrolling while I am reading. I did get the help I need, but this is a terrible experience. Lack of respect is what I feel es like a lot of commented before.

I really appreciate Wendy, the teller, as an international student with no credit history, it was really difficult to apply for a credit card. I appreciate Wendy's patience in helping me follow up and finally my credit card was successfully approved.
