I came here with the hope to get my question answered, but I do sense a lack a willingness to explain things. I was also made feeling stupid every time I ask a question. I was rushed through reading the contracts. Though I do appreciate being told where to sign, please don’t tell me to keep scrolling while I am reading. I did get the help I need, but this is a terrible experience. Lack of respect is what I feel es like a lot of commented before.

The lady by the front door was very nice and helpful with helping me reopen an old account from 2015. I will say the heat at this location was cranked a bit high though.

I really appreciate Wendy, the teller, as an international student with no credit history, it was really difficult to apply for a credit card. I appreciate Wendy's patience in helping me follow up and finally my credit card was successfully approved.

David and Cindy went above and beyond to help me with my banking needs. Banking needs aren’t always opening a new account/cut and dry, so it was extremely refreshing to have people know exactly what they were talking about and provide services seamlessly. Thank you, David and Cindy.

Sign on door says they are open until 6pm. They close at 4pm and haven't updated the hours on their door.

The branch manager at this Chase location has poor customer service skills! I went into this branch on Friday January 22, 2022 to inquire why my check- which was a $500 advance from my tax preparer was not available to me. I was questioned scrupulously and the manger acted as if my check was not legit. I didn’t appreciate the accusatory tone in his voice and I left the bank in tears and with my issue still unresolved.That following Saturday, I deposited another check from my insurance company (my bike was stolen). I encountered the same bank manager and he was rude and dismissive. I called Chase on Monday January 25, 2022 to inquire about those funds and was told they would be available today January 25, 2022. However, when I went to check my account this morning it says there is also a hold on this check as well.I am very frustrated and upset that I will not have access to my money until over a week from now. I am considering no longer being a client at Chase because of this. I have banked with Chase for several years and have never encouraged an issue like this.

Came in a bit before closing. Gentleman with a nice suit helped me with some documents. In and out in five minutes. Great customer service.

Great, efficient service! I stopped by here the other day and the bankers were all very friendly and ready to help. I was able to talk with Carlos and he helped me with everything I needed. He needed to call the Chase line for bankers. He had to wait on hold for a while since then line was busy, but I was able to leave and receive a call once he got the information I needed. Additionally, he offered to help me understand my benefits and how to add my card to Apple Pay. This was something I was planning to do already and he made the process so efficient and easy. Overall, the customer service here was great and made my errands quick and easy.

Bad customer service. Three Chinese speaking bankers (3 ladies) responded my issues redely. Never had this bad service ever in bank.

Left my wallet at home and tried to get some lunch money ($20 without ID per their policy). Got kicked out of the branch for not having a mask. Manager didn’t bother to ask me if I had a disability, didn’t bother offering me a mask, just said I need to use cash machine outside. Luckily I also do business with Bank of America down the street who understands customer service and made accommodations for me so I won’t have to go hungry today.

I always received beyond awesome customer service at this branch. Kentrice, Jack and Juan are great and are beyond willing to help you to the best of their ability. I love the fact that I am greeted by first name but most if not all the employees if they are not currently helping other customers. I highly recommend banking here.

I'm not sure why this branch has super low stars. My experience here has been nothing but exceptional. I work for a company that requires me to visit the bank on average five-eight times a month to make deposits. The tellers has always been polite and friendly. They go above and beyond to make small conversations with me. I especially love Katrice! She's super sweet and bubbly. Whenever I visit, ALL the people that works there will greet me by my name which makes me feel special as a client. Juan, the manager there has always been helpful. He's funny and very easy to talk to. He will try his best to solve all your problems. I've never gone to a bank that makes me feel excited to come back each time. The atmosphere here is not comparable to any other bank. This is the dream team! They make my job a lot more fun. To note, I personally wasn't a Chase client, but working with them for my job I decided to switch over!
