I had an excellent experience at the Chase Bank in West Seattle. If you ever find yourself struggling with a transaction or just need help figuring out withdrawals or anything else, this is the place to go. The staff here are incredibly professional, patient, and genuinely want to help. They really take the time to listen to your needs and make sure everything is sorted out. I left feeling confident and well taken care of. Highly recommend this location!

Is it strategic incompetence? They lost the 50-page document to release our deceased mother's funds for 3 of the 4 siblings though we came into the branch and filled them out together. Even presenting the original paperwork 3 of us have to come into the branch and fill them out again. This after the run around and being sent to 5 different phone numbers, each with their sincere apologies, circular logic, and hold times. (I wish the lounge benefits weren't so good on the Sapphire card, I want so badly to shut it down.)

I popped in without an appointment and Lane was able to help me resolve my access to the Chase app. Friendly tellers and very knowledgeable staff.

Sandra Martinez has very poor customer service skills and very unprofessional.
I came to get information on what is needed to open a rep payee acct for MY SON. Social Security said that’s none of your business Sandra! Sandra took it into her own hands to continue to tell me I may NOT open my own bank acct as a 26yo woman.
Sandra is a Mexican woman who was profiling me for being with a Mexican man and having kids. She had a very poor attitude from the start to end of our interaction. I would not recommend business with her or at this location as she doesn’t have much knowledge in what she is doing in the bank or how to treat people with basic respect.

We had a recent experience with Ann with an additional account that was great! She was polite, warm, professional, and fast. Ann was definitely the kind of person that knows what they are doing and executed with ease to get my hangry partner to lunch sooner. The tellers were nice too and greeted everyone that came in (a lot of them by first name basis). You can tell the employees like their job. I would recommend this branch to anyone.

Estrella was seriously great. I was having a situation with a check, and she really took care of me, and went above and beyond. It also is not a good day for me, but she really made my day better. Her customer service was excellent. She was patient, calm, and extremely understanding. Thank you for making my experience there. A great one, Estrella! ☺️

Harnesh just provided the best banking experience I have ever had - and I’m old with multiple biz accounts here at Chase. Kudos! Loved your smile, attention to detail, easy conversation, eye contact. Just delightful. I’ll go out of my way to ONLY bank here with her. Yeah!

I changed from a smaller bank to Chase and had a good experience. The staff know what they are doing and I would recommend this branch to anyone. The only thing I wish they would offer is safe deposit boxes but it sounds like that has been discontinued for awhile.A previous review claims the bank doesn't exist, but it does. The pictures on that review are taken from the wrong location which is easy to figure out on Google Street View.

Idk how you call this branch at 9:01am when they open at 9am and they don't answer, is 9:13am and I have called 6 times and no one answers. Called another branch and the representative Monica answer in a second

I’m extremely upset and disappointed with this particular branch. The bank closes two hours before my arrival, and they were saying that I need an appointment. This is ridiculous because the back was completely empty.

I've been banking with Chase for the past 8 years and I have never had a bad experience with them, but this particular branch is top notch. The first time I visited was after my marriage, and I had to change my name with one of their bankers. The process was so smooth and seamless, and he was notably personable which I appreciated more than anything after having to spend time at the social security office and the DMV. I know that this is a low bar but I am easily pleased. Most recently, I had to rush to the bank right before it closed for the day to get proof of income, since my current bank statement wasn't available yet. The woman who helped me was SO helpful, printed up multiple documents for me just in case they didn't accept the one provided, and was all around delightful when I came back the next day for a cashier's check. I can't remember her name for the life of me but I do remember that it started with an M. So mystery M, many thanks!

I closed an account within two days of opening it. These folks have zero customer and banking skills, especially when it comes to small business accounts. They sounds really professional and say yes to everything at first, but when you actually need them to do something, they send you from pillar to post and give you generic answers. So frustrating.
