If you're gonna add a sign with temporary hours, at least make it accurate. ATM vestibule closed at 7pm on Saturday 6/17. Do better Chase.

Pretty useless ATM. It's only open during the same hours as the bank itself (and no, you can't gain access with your Chase card reader). Glad I didn't go with Chase for my home and auto loans; their customer service is subpar.

I dropped in to use the 24hr ATM at 6pm and the secure entry would not open. Posted on the door was a sad little paper showing the ATM hours are now the same as the banks, 9am-5pm. As of 3.23.22 the Chase website still states this is a 24hr ATM. Do better Chase. A bank should strive to be accurate.

Horrible bank!! I'd rather keep my money in my mattress.... probably safer and easier to access.. that's how bad this bank sucks!!!!

Chase should NOT even be called a bank...I opened up a chase bank at a branch, all went well, I went ahead and deposited a check I received from the title company to open the bank account. The very next day, no warning, they blocked me from the account and said they closed my account, there were no remarks left of why they closed the account. And then I had to wait a week and a half for them to send me my money that I needed. ITS A BANK, I PUT MONEY IN IT AND THATS ALL. They also just recently closed my friends bank account for "Suspicious activity" but no special activity was being done. And then they just closed his wife's account today too no warning and now has to wait 2 weeks to receive all of her money... Stay far away from this bank, they'll ruin your life.

I normally do not leave reviews but for this particular situation I felt the need to. I came in to this location numerous of times throughout the week during my lunch break for an issue with my account. And although the outcome was not exactly what I was expecting, Jason made my experience a lot less frustrating. He made it his duty to figure out the issue and try many different ways to go about handling it. He also kept in contact with me throughout the week with updates on how things were going and explained everything perfectly. I want to thank him for his time, patience, and kindness I truly do appreciate it especially during this time.I was given the run around and was very close to being done chase, he just might be the reason I'm still a customer.. again thank you!

I'd been with Chase since they took over a Washington Mutual location over ten years ago. I have asked numerous times to cancel my account after asking numerous times to have my transactions be declined instead of overdrafted, and having no response. Please stop sending me bills for overdraft fees because your incompetent staff won't cancel my account or quit magically changing my account settings. I have transitioned to another financial institution long ago. Stop trying to put me in debt over your company's incompetence! It's bad enough that Chase supports DAPL and various terrorist organizations.

This Mike person should be fired. My family has been banking with chase for as long as I know and I'm about to get an internship in Chase near my home in California. I have never seen such rude, bland, expressionless bank workers in my whole entire life. No greeting, eyes wondering, and makes the business of opening an account so damn difficult. He would literally STARE at you frowning as he drags an explanation. I cannot believe some useless guy like him got hired at Chase. I'm not the first customer to be flaming mad at this person.

Horrible customer Service on Michael Sanders part. I still can not believe what has happened while being at this location. As i walked into this branch and asked the teller to help me open a JOINT acct, he advised me that another member could assist me. he offered me any coffee left over and assisted me to the sitting area which was literally 5 feet away. he literally escorted me 5 feet. A++++ for this man. while sitting there, another younger gentleman came over and asked if 1) have i been helped already and 2) would i like coffe, water or anything else unrelated to opening a JOINT account. A++++ for this guy as well. Michael who was the branch member in assisting us, did not offer anything not even a Hello, im Michael. After discussing what i was looking for, a joint bank account, he advised me that my partner needed to have certain documentation and that it was necessary for this to be done, OKAY, got it, not an issue. While he is entering my information, he is bland, no comments and honestly looks like he is hungover or coming off of something. MY GUT instinct is playing a part in this. While my partner arrives, he once again advised him that certain documentation was needed to open the joint account. My partner than explained his previous experience that they did not require such documentation before hand, especially since he has multiple accounts with Chase. His response to us was "you can take your business elsewhere" in the most narcisist manner ever. WHO IN THE F*** says this as a bank person, or else a customer service representative for a company. We are literally trying to give you our business and this is how you respond. Your right Michael, i will take my buisness elsewhere, where it is appreciated and welcomed. As a person who works in Customer Service and owns my own small personal buisness, I would not tolerate this behavior nor have a person like him on my team. He was rude, un polite and disrespectful. I truly think Chase as a company should evaluate this employee and is better off finding new canidates to fullfill his job. MICHAEL SANDERS = Horrible Customer SERVICE and doesnt appreciate anyone who comes through that door!
