Very helpful staff, all I needed was to exchange some bills but they made me feel very comfortable and chatted with me while I waited. One thing I didn't realize was that simply having a Chase credit card was enough to qualify as having an account with Chase.

Excellent Service & Helpful Staff
I had a great experience at the Chase branch on Roosevelt. I was needing help with a difficult wire transfer, and the staff was incredibly helpful. Staff took the time to walk me through the process and ensure everything was handled smoothly. They were professional, patient, and thorough. The branch was clean and well-organized, and the wait time was minimal. Highly recommend this branch for anyone in need of excellent customer service, and the feeling I thought was lost in the era of online banks and ATM - of a personal banker who cares.

By far the best bank branch to go to. Especially the business manager is super amazing, always so helpful. I highly recommend this branch specifically for any concerns as they handle everything promptly and professionally. Only branch I go to now.

Jaimie and her team go ABOVE AND BEYOND in providing such OUTSTANDING customer service and such a personal touch to showing care for customers! She really is the most helpful person and adds a level of care that no other bank does. Even Chase's general customer service line has been outstanding in their quick and genuinely caring demeanor to help customers. They make me feel 100% trust. :)

Believe me when I say that I have seen the absolute depths of selfishness, greed, and inhumanity. I have been through prison. I have been homeless. I have seen true wickedness. But nothing can compare to the absolute evil I saw behind the mortgage agent's eyes when he denied my application to refinance my car loan.
