I would give it a negative star if I could. I made an appointment for notary yesterday. I , my wife and my 2 witness has to take time off work. We waited for 30 minutes, after that they said they are too busy and wouldn't help us and send us to a different branch. I have been a customer over 20 years. This branch is the worst customer service, incapable and incompetent anywhere. I will let everyone is know not to do business there.

Excellent service. They do their best to explain everything to you, even though the staff doesn't speak Spanish. They are super friendly. 10 out of 100. Congratulations to Monica Hut for her excellent work. 😊

Kathy is a highly responsible and highly professional individual who can solve problems that other bank employees may not be familiar with. She is experienced, efficient, and highly knowledgeable, making her extremely trustworthy when it comes to financial matters. With kathy , I will rate 10/10 for the bank.

The supervisor Caitlyn, sent me to the banker to open an account who then sent me back to the teller to renew a cashiers check. When the computer would not work as they appear to have system failure often; prompting me to go back to the banker; but refused to provide basic customer service and asked me to leave instead. However, since I am a Chase customer and have business to conduct I would like the manager to make a company report that the supervisor is not knowledgeable of chase policies and procedures, lacks proper customer service and has violated my civil rights by asking me to leave without addressing the issue.
I will file a complaint with CFPB and FDIC.

This is one of my favorite Chase Bank branches because their banker Shaimaa is a true saint! I had an issue that had my account frozen for some time and the fraud department was being difficult. I couldn’t purchase anything or even pay rent for several days, Shaimaa went above and beyond to get this resolved! She was empathetic, understanding, and reassuring! She worked hard to get the issue resolved and called me to make sure the issue was resolved. If it had not been for her I would not be banking with Chase. It’s a great feeling knowing there is someone by your side to help with issues like these that make your life difficult.

Shaimaa saved my life literally! My account claimed that I was deceased my and having much trouble with it. She took the time and effort to help me and told them everything!! You have to go to her!!!

I'm sorry to say that it was disappointing that my cheque, but came directly from the treasury is still being 10 business days. I actually did a mobile deposit of another treasury check on my chime account, baby and of business!It's been awhile since I've done conventional banking and this is why. I don't know if I want to believe that a manager cannot override a hold. I guess I hope with the three extra business days for that to happen. At this point I'm not even sure I want to keep the account!Seattle lady was supposed to call me from the other Branch after talking to their manager on Friday and I've course there was no call back, so this is a very disheartening and disappointing! At least being Martin Luther King was slightly less disheartening. But I still have to wait the 30 days I was in such dire need of some of that cash and nothing is really dumb to go above and beyond for new customer since I was making such a large deposit! So I am still not a happy camper. I guess we'll see how it goes...

Monica was the only person in the bank that knew what was going on, unfortunately she was busy (with a customer but still came over to help thank you) and the two people that were suppose to help with my wire transfer did not help and just got mad at me. They kept repeating just following the instructions and kept asking me what the name of the account was. I went to the chase up the road after and they were able to actually answer my questions right away and help. Monica should be running this branch. Please hire some people that don't yell and blame the customer. 4pm today!

Went to chase to open a account and was greeted by Monica and she was so helpful. It was my first time opening a account. She took her time and explained everything to me and answered the question that I had. Thanks Monica for the amazing customer service
