We made an appointment and arrived 5 minutes early, and still have to wait 10-15 minutes past the appointment time with No one greets customer no one asks or talks to the customer. They responded with rude manner and impatience when inquired about the delay. This branch has bad management and customer services now that it is not worth banking with them.

Bankers here are amazing and friendly; people like Matthew and Amarzaya. I came here to open my accounts and my credit card. I walked in without an appointment and they helped me to do that within 30 minutes.
This branch is clean and has plenty of parking. The place is also lively unlike other locations I've been to.
I would come back here again if I need any help with my Chase accounts.

The Chinese girl refused me to open an account, she was racist and told me she can't open an account for me if I am an American citizen, I didn't know that chase bank was only for American citizen but I know she lied, she was just a racist.

Came in 30 mins before closing and they won’t help me open an account. It is cutting close to closing. No other customer inside. They just waiting to clock out
and do nothing for the next half hour.

Stayed in line 10 min and made an appointment to open a new account 2 hours later. When arrived they asked us to wait another 15 min after which there was no one to help us with the new accounts. So a waist of half Saturday at a very disorganized branch.

this bank is a waste of time ,
when a person calls it just keeps putting them thru prompts
than after all of the prompts it hangs up on customers ,
it should put customers in a call waiting or have someone say please press 1 if you want a call back at a later time

Deniz supervisor??? She don’t know how to talk and solve the customers problem
How she become a supervisor for branch? This must be a joke that Unprofessional and unknowledge staff supervising my money ??I’m sorry for myself because I bring my business in this branch for 2 years and now I have to deal with this supervisor.

The worst branch ever. I try to avoid but once every month or two i have to go in to cash a check or some other very easy request. Everytime i get a no we cant do that or they deposit a check ive asked to be cashed then they tell you your the problem. There is always an issue its like they want to be slow so they are rude to everyone

I would try a different branch. Tellers overly curious about what you intend to do with (your) money being withdrawn, seemed suspicious of me even.
