I was treated unfairly and stereotyped. My service was not and still not complete. On 12/6 me and my coworker got straight off work on our lunch to get to the bank. Only reason we went to this branch because the one I went to previously was closed on Saturday. I was in line and made it to the front and told the Manger who was at the desk that I'm fresh off the ship from Alaska and trying to get a withdrawal and she says before getting my I.D that they may do a identity check. I told her I just got a separate withdrawal from another branch and they didn't give me any trouble. She said well, I'll just doing what the computer tells me. I presented my id and just as she predicted, I was sent to the fraud department about a withdrawal of my funds. I later ran into a pleasant and someone who really tried to help who name is Mytintie who tried even after the bank was closed even after when the Manger stormed out leaving her, still tried to help us but to no avail. The fraudulent department refuse to let my transaction go through to get my funds nor will they allow me to do zelle. Its now 11/8 and now my account, the same account I set up at the bank on Sat and spoke with the fraud department has still locked me out my account for the 2nd time. I can't send my kids the funds they urgently needed because of this. Something for to give, I've been at this bank for almost a year and this is my 3rd situation with fraud department

I had an amazing experience at this Chase branch thanks to Mytintie. She is incredibly helpful, warm, and friendly. As a newcomer to the U.S., I was going through a complicated credit card application process, and she guided me through every step with patience and professionalism. Thanks to her, I was able to successfully get my credit card. I truly appreciate her positive attitude and well-minded approach — she made the whole experience much smoother and more welcoming. Also, everyone else I’ve interacted with at this branch has been really friendly and supportive. Highly recommend this branch and Mytintie if you’re visiting!

I needed to open a new checking account and Trevor was the banker that helped me. He was on time, kind and very helpful. He went out of his way to ensure I knew important information that I might not know as a newcomer to the US.

I normally leave encouraging feedbacks on good businesses, but not to this one. Each of them pretends to be working, pretends to be caring, pretends to be nice and correct. If you hand in your ID, they won't return it to you immediately, they start talking nonsense, drag on and on. In the end, you will find that none of your goals achieved. Please go to another bank!!! Their appointment system doesn't work with chase website appointment system. You don't know that until the you visit them. You have to schedule your appointment at the branch, normally many days ahead. I wonder why chase bank doesn't close this branch permanently.

The baddest service ever! If you need help, please go other Chase branch!
A short hair old lady(branch manager/supervisor?) was very rude and yelled all the way, discarded my questions and told me go back home to make appointment then they can help me…. Then I walked to Capitol Hill branch, the teller smoothly helped me fix my problem without hassle.

I had a very disappointing experience at the Chase Bank branch located at 1950 6th Ave, Seattle, WA 98101. I went in to do a wire transfer, and they told me I needed an appointment. When I questioned this, they insisted that an appointment was required. This is completely false, as I’ve done wire transfers over the counter at this branch before without an appointment.
Frustrated, I called the Chase branch at 350 Westlake Ave N, Seattle, WA 98109, and they completed the wire transfer over the counter in under 10 minutes without any hassle.
PSA for anyone reading this: Save yourself the trouble and head to the Westlake branch at 350 Westlake Ave N, Seattle, WA 98109. The staff there are much nicer and far more competent.
