I don’t recommend Chase (other than their decent mobile app). I’ve got an account here for them being a full service bank and having a “relationship banker.”But Chase is no longer in this business.I’ve been a customer for almost 20 years and need the bank to notarize documents, open accounts easily etc.Opening accounts which can be done online in minutes with other banks requires being in person for an hour and/or even days of back office approvals here. The former branch manager never followed up or took care of the help I needed. He passed me off to a new branch manger who never followed up and doesn’t have the certifications to do the necessary work. Their back office controls everything. Even as a customer for this long, they declined doing certain signatures necessary for helping me handle the estate of a recently deceased relative.I banked here for the full service aspect but that’s gone. And the convenience factor isn’t anywhere as good as online banks like Ally. So what’s their value?
