It's 2:40, still possibly considered lunch time for some. There is one teller and I'm 7th in line and there are 3 people behind me. One teller? This isn't ok. Where is his backup? No one around to work the lobby? I worked for Chase for 5 years, and this wouldn't have been acceptable at any of the branches i worked at. I started at 3rd and University. The guy behind the teller line provided great service to everyone he saw, I would hire him on my team.

I came after 1pm on a working day, asked to open an account but the 'bankers' were on lunch and there was no one to provide service. Good job, very Chase-like. The branch manager and the teller could not help.

The team at Century square is awesome! The bankers are knowledgeable and the tellers are friendly!

The customer service at this branch is awful. I've stayed with Chase for years because they tend to do well in customer service.

Customer service here is terrible. I came in to close a small business account (good thing I don't have to deal with chase anymore). No one greeted me for over 10 mins so i decided to go to the counter only to hear them say, please wait over where I was waiting originally. A couple of mins later, one of the representative came and told me to come back so they're better staffed. I came back 30 mins and they were still busy. Definitely don't go to this branch if you're in a rush, service can take awhile.

This Chase inside Century Square is conveniently located across the street from Westlake Park and across the hall from Yard House. There are a couple of ATMs located outside the bank, but inside the building. If you have reached the food court, you have gone too far. It is near the Starbucks stand. I have made a few transactions inside the bank. This Chase is different from my default location in the burbs in that the bank teller windows are covered in glass. And there is a security guard at the door. I guess things work differently in downtown. And I would suspect the clientele is different too. Their hours are pretty decent. They are open till 6 on weekdays and half day on Saturday. If you are looking for a Chase downtown, this one is perfectly fine. I like this one as it is the most centrally located one in the area to Pike Place Market and the downtown Seattle shopping district.

Conveniently located across from Nordstrom's downtown. Stopped in to deposit some cash and a check. Service was great, polite as usual. Was in and out in less than five minutes so that's about all I have to say :)

I come here every now and again when I'm downtown. No problems, friendly staff, quick and easy. I've never had to wait too long. No problems here!

The only good thing I can say about Chase is all their employees are nice, helpful and I like them. Perhaps that is why I didn't get out of there faster. They suck. They have a monthly fee even if I have plenty of money with them. When I remind them to reverse the monthly fee, I get charged again. When I took out all my money and told them 3 times by email and in person that I was done, they kept charging me a monthly fee so my account was in negative, till finally after 5 more notices they heard me and I am happily not giving them any money to invest anymore cause really as a company, I hate them.

They rearranged the teller desks and offices after acquiring the branch from WAMU. You enter, line up, and have absolutely NO privacy at the teller windows. The teller windows are too close to the front door and the line. I left for a credit union when Chase started imposing its fees and restrictions on free checking and saving accounts.

I went in to cash a 3rd party check and told them multiple times that I did not want to open an account, I just wanted the check cashed, yet they tried to anyway without my permission. Thankfully my credit is screwed so the attempt did not go through. I'm extremely displeased with their shady business practices.
