Good customer service makes something as simple as an oil change worth going here. The guys come across as highly professional. I also like a "neighborhood car mechanic" feeling (for lack of a better term ).

Excellent service at this location's Salmon's Service Center! I brought my car by for an impromptu oil change and they kindly squeezed me in that afternoon! I was even able to pick my car back up ahead of the estimated completion time. Great service, kind mechanics-- will definitely be back soon for my next car tune-up! They checked my brakes, tires, fluids. I'm very happy with the job they did so efficiently and meticulously.

These guys are life savers! Last week when my Audi Q5 began overheating, I was surprised to learn how difficult it is to take your car in for repairs during an emergency situation. The Audi dealerships were over a month out! What is a person to do when your car is not drivable?!?! Not only did Salmon Service Center find time in their busy schedule to take my car in to diagnose the issue, they also helped me by facilitating a rental car. Thank goodness they did because the root of the issue was bigger than first thought. Car emergencies are always stressful but Alex was so kind and communicative throughout the whole process. I so appreciated his honesty and transparency. You can feel that they genuinely care about their customers here. At a time when customer service is at an all time low it's refreshing to get this level of care, honesty and personalized service especially at an automotive center. They're for sure!!! This service center and their mechanics have definitely earned my trust and business!

Darrell saved me! I had message on my dash reading check coolant. I have zero knowledge about cars. I called this Chevron and the friendly gentleman whom answered the phone said come in. I whipped into this Chevron with no appointment. Darrell left what he was doing to help me. He was calm. I was not. Darrell gave me coolant. No more message. Support this business. It is invaluable.
