Loud ads play while pumping gas, it's a security problem because you can't hear if a creepy person is approaching (which often happens at this location).
Instead of getting a full tank and a drink I left once the Subway ad started. 7eleven and ARCO don't play ads.

I have been a regular at this store this for years, have gave them my business but tonight that stops. I have always paid never stole anything. Tonight around 915 pm i go inside store to make purchases while speaking on the phone because it was an important call. Since I use my phone to pay and am 24 weeks pregnant I was taking my time trying to decide what I wanted to purchase. I grabbed a sprite and was walking around talking and trying to decide what snacks I wanted when the clerk tells me I need to pay or get out. I said I wasn't done shopping he said he didn't care to pay or get out. There's no law stating I can't be on my phone or that I have a time limit to device what I want to purchase. Almost all their employees are always on their phone and are not personable. They don't say thank you they don't ask how you are sometimes they don't say anything to you at all because they are talking on the phone. Even when I say thank you have a good day they dont say anything back but this guy was rude to me for no reason. He made you guys lose a paying customer bc of his rudeness. There was no reason for me to have to pay or get out it's not like I was in there for 30 minutes, I had barely been in there five minutes. There's so many other stores in the area and now that ampm is back open that's where I will be going, I will not be stepping back into this store for any reason. I just looked up all my purchases at this Chevron and between gas and soda and energy drinks I spent over 500 dollars in the last 6 months alone. If I was a business owner I would be upset my employees are making me lose so much business.

I regularly put gas in this establishment but I won't do it anymore. There have been three times that they are stealing more than 10 dollars worth of gasoline from me and I let them know and the cynics say that I have to pay again and that they will return it to my card. That's three times. Sometimes, please check and report them if not they won't stop stealing.

Conveniently located on Delridge. Despite the sketchy area, the pumps were clean and the market was well organized. However, the attendant was disengaged; it’s always disappointing to get okay-at-best service from someone who clearly doesn't want to be there and it has an effect on the customer experience.

I use to frequent this business due to the convenient location. Recently I saw an ad from them with predatory alcohol advertising (Drinking isn't just for special occasions - it's for everyday and it brings happiness and pleasure) in a local group the day after holidays when relapse is highest. The ad alone is one thing - but they further reported a comment that encouraged alcohol free people to stay sober as bullying. Facebook kept the comment up as it was not bullying. I will no longer give them my business. It is the responsibility of everyone in our society to support sobriety.

Every time I'm here they are cleaning the gas pumps and I really appreciate that.... they are also incredibly nice.
