This all female staff knows their stuff! Fiona all your favorite pulls, shower heads, and sinks. Many modern and classic styles to see and touch. Many catalogs to look through with these knowledgeable employees.

I went to the Downtown location a couple of months ago and had great customer service. I had called ahead and spoke to a salesperson about the types of products I was looking for and she was even prepared with items for me to look at when I walked in.

Purchased items from Bellevue and downtown. I recommend Bellevue. The service in the downtown location does not match the quality of the product they sell. Even after spending hundreds on hardware - they still can't be bothered to say thank you or smile. Rude.
