Just bought my first Jeep ever and the experience has been great. Estella has been very kind and she helped me during the whole buying process with patience and cordiality. I don’t take this for granted as the experience with other dealerships has not been great while I was shopping around. Definitely earned my business. Thank you!

Immanuel was just terrific! Personable, professional & knowledgeable. He listened well to what we wanted & needed and came through for us. We left the lot with the perfect car for us. Many thanks to Immanuel!

I was in contact with the dealer for three weeks and received an offer. I set a time to sign the lease while I was test driving the car overnight, but the dealer said that the offer was no longer available and the rate had suddenly increased. I’m disappointed that they wasted my time and changed their word. I would not recommend this dealer to anyone.Reply to David Granger comment:Now, as the manager of the dealership, your unprofessional service becomes clearer. You provided a random reply with misinformation. On 1/9, we met August at your dealership, despite having an appointment with Immanuel. On that date, your salesman didn't mention the changed deal and forced me to take a car for an overnight test drive. Once the car was at my home, your salesman messaged that the new lease rate would be much higher than our agreement. This seems like a dishonest game, and I've already filed a complaint against your dealership with DOL. Just a friendly piece of advice: to be a more successful manager, avoid relying on misinformation for public comments.

DO NOT BUY HERE. Literally the worst experience ever and continues to be. The sales people just want to make a sale. I had said no to the extended warranty on my used van and my salesperson (Q) convinced me to get it anyway. It’s a 3 year plan and was told that it would cover the existing issues that I found when I did my due diligence and got it inspected. Once I tried to use it they denied every single repair and quoted me almost $4000 for the dealership to fix it. I ended up having to start a GoFundMe just to get 3/4 of it done. The dealership charges even for getting your vehicle looked at are ridiculous. The service is horrible. Wait times are even worse. They also will never call you back unless you’re trying to purchase a vehicle.I went in to cancel my warranty finally and they told me the sales manager would be right with me. I waited an hour before saying something and it turns out nobody even told him. We would have sat there all night. It’s been over a month and I still haven’t seen any change on my loan. Absolutely horrendous treatment from this place. Be warned.

Long story short, I brought my truck here for repairs, it took over two months to return my vehicle back, they rarely answer the phone, they always give you excuses just to make things look good, they want it to over charge me for the repairs for over 400 hundred dollars, good thing I hade a print out from original contract, in their invoice says very clear, cash or debit 3%off if you pay total amount of invoice and I was denied, just an afoul experience at this place, not planing in coming back ever!!

My shopping experience was very disappointing. As a past sales manager of a CDJR dealer, I was truly shocked at how little effort was made to earn my business from start to finish. When I walked onto the showroom, sales people were too busy on their phones to acknowledge me. I had to walk up to them and ask for help. After a brief test drive, I was told that they couldn't help me achieve the payment I was seeking. (Do you know how many vehicles have been sold to people whose initial payment request couldn't be met?) Show your customers the numbers! Give them something for which to object. Sales 101. I was basically just dismissed. Impossible to sell a vehicle with that attitude. As a GM, I'd be looking for new salespeople and/or sales managers. This is not how a successful sales department is run.

Excellent service experience. Great communication, efficient work, complementary ride with no prior notice, and friendly staff.

I went to see how much my Jeep Gladiator was worth and asked them for an evaluation. They offered me $42,000 for it. I went back two weeks later with no additional miles on the vehicle and they redacted the offer with a new offer of $35,000 a reduction in price of $7000 in two weeks. i went to another place and immediately was offered $45,000. these guys have no honor. please do not trust their word. I'm writing this because they just couldn't do the right thing and I don't want anybody to fall for them at word or trust value. Please sell or shop for cars somewhere else.

I want to share some excellent feedback about my visit to Jeep Seattle. I had an outstanding experience with both the sales team and management. They were friendly and didn't pressure me. I got a huge discount on my new Grand Cherokee L Overland, and the negotiation process was smooth. It took only 4 hours for all the negotiations and paperwork, which felt remarkably quick. The only hiccup was initially not finding the second key, but they promptly ordered and coded a replacement. In the end, they ensured I was a satisfied customer. I highly recommend Seattle Jeep for a positive car-buying experience!

Me and my husband were in the market for a new jeep and we stumbled upon Seattle Jeep. The prices were the best we’ve seen so I reached out online through their website. Within 15 minutes I was contacted by Katelyn who sent me more info on the vehicle I was interested in. We had a quick phone chat and she was so nice! Not your usual car salesman!! She was so sweet and answered some quick questions I had, so I set up a time to go see the jeep that next day. We were driving from Yakima so it was quite the drive but she assured us it would be worth it. When we arrived at the dealership me and my husband were greeted by many friendly faces and lots of beautiful jeeps of course! As soon as I introduced myself they knew who I was and that we had just made the long drive from Yakima. This guy was awesome! He had the loaner jeep pulled up and ready for us to test drive. Within 5 minutes of us being there we were driving off to a beautiful little neighborhood to take the new jeep for a spin. And as promised, when we got back he had numbers ready for us and everything laid out. They don’t lie when they say they are straight forward there! Talon was so patient with us and explained everything to us in detail. He answered every question we had in confidence. He knew his stuff! Talon was straightforward, and we really appreciated that. That’s something really hard to come by when trying to buy a new car. Talon was so easy going it felt like we were talking to an old friend not someone we just met, let alone a car salesman! Buying my dream carfrom him was just that, a dream! I would recommend buying from Seattle Jeep to anyone, and especially working with Talon! Thanks again Katelyn and Talon!!!!!! - The Patnodes

false advertising of pricing on their website just to attract customers . I called in before to check the pricing as it was a 1 hour drive for me . The sales manager confirmed the pricing . When it was time to sign the pricing went up by 7000 USD . I think the owner is not aware this kind of false advertising is against the law . Please read RCW 9.04.050 which is specifically talks about the false advertising going on your site

10K service - horrible experience.Took my Ram Rebel in for a 10K service several Saturdays ago. Seattle Jeep/Hyundai changed the oil (I think) and rotated my tires. In the process of the tire rotation, they scratched two of my wheels near the lugs and did not change the air pressure (There is a 10lb difference between front and rear)As they were backing my truck from the service bay; literally 15 feet from me, Service scraped the side of my truck against a wall. Since this was a Saturday, anyone who could make decisions was either not working or not available. I took George Cobbs's card and came back the following Monday to speak with the Derek Carroll (The Service Director) He told me we would get this taken care of and drove with me across the street to “A+ N. Aurora Body and Paint, INC” to obtain a quote for the repair. The 22 second quote was for 500 dollars, which was an immediate red flag.I received an email on Friday stating that I had an appointment that morning for drop-off, I also received a call from Enterprise rent-a-car confirming my appointment for that day. I rushed down to the dealership and everyone their questioned why I was there. “You literally sent me an email confirming my appointment for today, and I received a call from Enterprise confirming my rental” Derek said there was a mistake, and my appointment was not until the following Wednesday. Upset, we come to an agreement that I can drop my truck off on Monday for my Wednesday appointment.I receive a call on Thursday that my truck is done and ready for pickup. I stop by on Friday and the truck was shameful to say the least. They did not repair it correctly, the workmanship was terrible, and the dealership tried to act like it was “Just like new” are you kidding me? It is offensive. You took my new 70K truck and ruined the side of it, and this is how you “Make it right?” It's appalling that the staff tried to pawn that horrible “Fix” off as done.I refused to take it, it is unacceptable. I told them to please call me once they fixed it correctly. I left in my rental and hope they don’t use the same sketchy bodyshop to ruin my car again. Once they fix my car, again. I will add to this review whether they actually "Made it right"?Pic 1 - damage that was simply not repaired on corner.Pic 2 - shotty repair work.Pic 3 - damage caused by Seattle JeepPic 4 - truck against the wall it was damaged on.

DO NOT SERVICE YOUR CAR HERE.My wife and I had work done on our dodge ram promaster here, we barely heard from our service writer even after leaving messages and waiting multiple days. I must have called a total of 30 times and they only answered about 10% of my calls. To top it off they had a vehicle stolen and in the process stuff got stolen from our van as well including our debit and credit cards. Luckily we were able to close those cards before too much damage was done.Sadly we've barely even heard much of an apology even after talking to the floor supervisor who assured us they'd get back to us and it's currently been over 48 hours. The sales people were very nice even though we were just picking up our van they've been more helpful in 5 minutes then the service department was the whole week our van was there including a scare where they apparently couldn't find our van for a half an hour while we were on the phone.
