The service center was great! Took my car in to get some recall fixes done. Initially I had to have two appointments to get all recall fixes done, but the service center was able to do all the fixes at one appointment! I was so grateful! And all was done in a timely manner! I've always had a great experience at this service center and have been coming here to get my car serviced for many years!

Fantastic! Jasmine checked in for we went to make sure they had what we wanted to look at and not waste our time. Ahmed gave us space to discuss and was super transparent. He took his time answering all questions and we never felt pressured to do anything.
Financing was also fantastic giving us high rebates and discounts and answered any questions we had.
Great experience! Love our new EV9.

I've not tried to purchase or lease a non luxury brand car in years and this was a first. I can't seem to get any of the information I've requested. I simply requested to have numbers on a couple of in stock vehicles and/or inbound vehicles for leases with different mileage( 10,000 and 12,000) over 2-3 yrs and with $10,000 down. I'm trying to gather data on vehicle options to enable a new vehicle for my father in-law who is moving to Seattle. I close on a new home that has additional construction finishing up for us in early Oct, my in-laws are moving across the country to live in the ADU built into the large house. This dealer is close to Greenwood(where the home is built) and I thought it would be practical for my elderly in-laws to use a dealer close to the home. Well I guess that isn't gonna happen. I'm most likely just going to lease an Afla Romeo Tonale (Comparative pricing to the Sorento) from Alfa Romeo Maserati of Seattle here downtown(I currently reside downtown and have three cars). Alfa provided me with the information I requested within a few hours, in fact they went beyond what I asked for. I guess I'm spoilt and my expectations of reasonable communication and forwarding simple lease options are unrealistic from this dealership. This is a new vehicle deal, those don't typically happen on a fresh up same day as new car purchases/Leases are typically more planned out. So why I couldn't I get info to plan is just crazy to me.
I am currently downtown Seattle and wanted information before I take time and drive out to test drive a car. Frankly I don't need to be there in person, two of my three cars I own were purchased out of state and shipped to me. My Aston Martin V12 Vantage S and my Fiat 500 Abarth, My Alfa Romeo Giulia Quadrifoglio was ordered here in Seattle.
What's the deal guys!! New salesman or not, next month deal or not, I have to say this is just unacceptable.
I sold cars for 14yrs ( Mini, BMW, Porsche, Aston Martin, Bentley, Maserati) and I don't understand what has gone on with this at all. You have a credit application from my father in-law and we simply needed to overcome any obstacles with the out of state move, proof of residency and coordinate around the homes closing date. If his credit/debt to income didn't meet what was needed we would have simply done the deal the day after the house closing with my wife and I on the lease. It's not complicated. It's a relatively inexpensive vehicle for Christ sakes.
My wife and in-laws are Korean. I was impressed with the overall quality of the KIA and Hyundai vehicles I drove in Korea this past fall while I was there for 4 weeks. I thought it would be a nice 4th vehicle for the household. But I got to say I think I'm gonna just stick with fun luxury Italian vehicles at this point...

I depend on Chuck Olson’s to keep my car in top shape - I’ve NEVER had service recommended that isn’t necessary at this location! Employees are great!

I’ve been coming to Chuck Olson Kia for the last eight years, nursing along my 2015 Kia Soul. The service crew is awesome and I feel good about getting a solid repair or service on my vehicle at a fair rate. I typically wait for service and work in their waiting room but I’ve also gotten a ride to my home office for longer services. When I do wait, the estimated time they give me is always spot on. I recommend Chuck Olson Kia!

Hey, we all know the pressure of buying a car, facing the wall of salesmen, the "what can we do to get you in this car today?" I am an experienced buyer and that kind of sales tactics sends me right out the door. We didn't have that when buying our Niro EV. Diana and Blake were great to work with and now we are driving our Niro and they have our money!
