“A peaceful place, open to all people irrespective of their background. The Swami( priest) are so welcoming. You will be impressed by the knowledge of Vedanta swami’s have. The classes and after classes talks are enlightening. One can ask swami his / her question and doubts freely. The Monastery hosts a number of activities including - Pooja ( devotional singing), library, discourses on Vedanta , service to community, children program(teaching values to children’s). Must visit here once.”
“Beautiful church and beautiful couple the 1st lady and her husband are. It breaks my heart that my 1st time here was for a funeral of a relative last week. The message the pastor spoke is from the heart and I hope we can all do better loving each other while we have the time to do so.”
“I came in just to pray. Ashley was incredibly kind, and asked me for a join in prayer in her office. She was openly more than concerned and acknowledging of her ministry, and heard me out despite me never being there before. I've had similar experiences in other churches as of recently, and I'm proven correct again that God wants women leading in the church. I hope I can make it to service sooner than later!”

Churches And Places Of Worship
“An International, non-denominational church in Seattle. I have been going here since 2008. Jesus centered, multi-generation Church & a very welcoming community. Blessed to call this place a HOME.”
“Love the people and the home felt vibe where come as you are is shown with true love. Thank you Pastor Dana for doing my wedding meant the world to me and my wife.”
“Bruce Lee Fact: Bruce Lee and Linda Emery got married here, on August 17th, 1964. Keep in mind, this was when anti-miscegenation laws were in effect in the US, so this is church has a history of being very progressive. From the other reviews I've read of this place, they seem to be a very active church that has a message and fights for what they believe in. Honestly, I can respect that! I hope they continue doing good for the community.”
“This has been a wonderful community to be a part of for the past nearly five years. Kind, compassionate, loving and selfless leaders and members. The work they are doing in the seattle community for neighbors of all walks of life is tremendous. Grateful for the impact they are having in the lives of so many, by following the teachings of Jesus and inspiring us to do the same.”
“Lovely venue for musical performance. I came here to see an artist perform (unrelated to church-y activities). The acoustics were good, the atmosphere of the room was great, and the overall vibe was surprisingly chill for a church.Note: a little stuffy in the summer, but it's an older church, so I think that's to be expected.”
“I believe this place is a good for the community. I've seen how they help the homeless and their food bank is really compassionate and varied. The staff is very kind. I think it's wonderful that they allow homeless people to camp on their property and I think they are true Christians that actually practice what they preach and I support their presence in the community %100”
“For seniors this is a great place to meet up especially with AM pick up for the food pantry. I was impressed with the caring and helpful staff. Always with a smile”
“I was born in Seattle and this church has been here my entire life. My parents married here, I was baptized here and we had my mother’s funeral here. I’m an omnist but it’s nice to know there’s still family oriented churches in the heart of capitol Hill. Lots of history. I hope this church remains in this location for another 50 years.”
