My son moved in recently. While I was helping with the move I met Marta from the housekeeping staff most helpful amazing and kind person. For the weeks I was here she is always working hard and keeping the area beautifully clean. Always greeted us and showed me where the trash shoot was went well above and beyond to make us feel welcomed. She is a truly great asset to the Cielo apartment staff . Marta thank you so much for your kindness to my family and making us feel welcomed in his new home you were a blessing to us.

Told at lease signing there was 24 hour concierge service. Six months in the budget is cut there is never anyone at the front desk. Such a poorly managed building. Packages scattered everywhere. No way anyone can get to your unit because the elevator requires a fob. Budget was probably cut because no one wants to live here. For the same price you can move a block away at Ovation with 24 hour concierge service, a rooftop pool, a brand new building, and managers that will respond to your concerns. DO NOT MOVE IN HERE!

Leasing office was closed although we visited in working hours at Friday and waited for 30mins. Concierge didn’t want to show 31st floor for the amenities as well, so much wasted time.

Great place to live but as a guest, I couldn't find any place to park. Pay2park parking slots were already occupied and got fined twice when I parked in the unreserved parking spots. After I got fined for the first time, I spoke to the concierge about the parking situation and he told me that there's nothing he could do.Other than that, it was a great experience living here, especially the roof top was amazing

We toured the apartments at Cielo with Triscia last summer. The entire experience was lovely. Triscia was very knowledgable and transparent, and the entire staff was very friendly! The apartments were really nice, we liked the floor plans and they were fairly priced. The apartments were also newly remodeled, and the views of the city were absolutely gorgeous! We ended up renting a house as we felt like it was a better fit for our lifestyle at that time. However, the Cielo was our top 1 choice. If you are looking for an apartment - I would highly suggest checking out the Cielo!

The building is okay. It's a bit on the older side for high rises in Seattle and that means some things break here and there. The maintenance staff is pretty good though, and one of the only perks of the building. The amenities really only include a gym and additional spaces to sit. Nothing exciting. The customer service is pretty awful. I have never had an email responded to in the 11 months that I have lived here. I have to go downstairs and find someone in order to get anything done, which us extremely annoying as a busy young professional. When we first moved in the front desk help was excellent. Now it's just a constantly rotating roster of people that are not all that helpful. Some of them are rude when you ask to pick up packages, or just stare at you when you're struggling to open the door. All in all I think we could have found a better place in a better location for the price.Oh, and don't expect them to give you any legally required notices.

Experience at Cielo: I highly encourage potential residents to read other reviews, as this situation is not unique to me.On March 26th, my car was broken into on the P5 parking lot at Cielo. I filed a police report and alerted Cielo management that this had taken place. After alerting Cielo management, I wrote a neutral-toned post in the Cielo community group hoping to inform other residents about my incident, so other residents can make adjustments in how they use the parking facilities if necessary. The Cielo management blocked this post. I followed up with a second message to management, describing the incident to my car and then asking them to inform other residents:"I was hoping to make a post to the Cielo community to inform others who parked in P5 last night that their vehicle may have been broken into, as I was the last car in a line of vehicles on P5. Additionally, since the garage door has been having issues the past week and remains open for extended periods of time, I can imagine that other residents are at greater risk for car theft. I'd appreciate it if you can let other residents know, whether through a Cielo community post or email about the attempted car theft so they can keep their valued belongings in a safe place outside of their car." - Excerpt from an email to management sent on 3/26I received no response to this email. On April 14th, my roommate's car was broken into. His car had both driver side windows smashed, with glass scattered throughout the car. He parked on P2 close to the garage door. After gathering his belongings so they would not be stolen by another individual, I spoke to some neighbors in the elevator. Out of the couple of people I spoke to, three people also had their cars broken into over the last 3 months. One person had their car broken into twice in the past year. All of these people attempted to contact management to inform residents about their incident. Management chose not to share these incidents with other residents. What bothered me the most about this experience was how management responded. Management knew they were wrong, when I met them in person they weren't able to look me in the eyes when I brought up their lack of response to the issue. Additionally, they attempted to soften the situation by stating "several of our management cars were broken into as well". It's shocking to me that they can experience their own car break ins and shrug off this problem. It's a safety issue that they have responsibility for, as they charge over $200 per month per parking spot, they can't not address it. I encourage future prospective residents when touring the facilities to check the parking garage grounds for shattered glass, once I was aware of break-ins it was easy to see broken glass fairly often.Outside of the car issue, the apartment itself was nice and I had no issues with it. If you don't have a car or plan to use the parking facilities the apartment itself is fine, as a result it would be unfair for me to give a 1 star and I've settled on a 2 star review. If you do have a car, I highly recommend you to look elsewhere. Cielo's issue isn't the norm and after living in my new place for a couple of months, there's such a difference in how competent, communicative, and responsible a good management team is versus the poor management team at Cielo.

Where to start, so many things the elevators keep breaking, front desk service is never on their site when you need them, when we moved on June last year the garage door was broken for more than a MONTH and it was open all the time people broke in and oh surprise the few security cameras didn't get anything , (after the door was fixed 2 weeks later was broken again ) my husband's bike got stolen somehow from our storage , yes people also broke into the storage room, on news year's eve we got another break in and lots of amazon deliveries got stolen from the overflowing mail room , 2 months ago the fire alarm went off at 3 am waking us and making us leave the apartment and nothing was happening and no apology or anything! our key fob wasn't opening the garage and every week we would need to get it replaced , gym equipment keeps breaking on average there are always around 5 machines that arent working... geez so annoying .

I've lived here for 5ish years and have overall had a pretty great experience.Pros:Location - near downtown/capitol hill but much quieterStaff - Friendly, helpful (within reason)Ammenities/Building - It's nice, clean, great city views.Cons:Crime is on the rise in the area - lots of car theft occurring.LIkewise - I feel comfortable getting around at night as a 6' heavy male but have had many people tell me they don't feel safe walking around the area at night.Gym was closed for entirety of quarantine while parties were occurring in the next room - this makes me pretty furious and concerned if there was a future lockdown. Y'all screwed that one up big

As a current resident here, I'd highly advise not to rent out an apartment in Cielo. On 1st of Jan 2023 someone broke into the package room, disabled all the security cameras and stole all the residents' packages. The building management has always failed to provide the appropriate services. However, in this case they've gone above and beyond to be as incompetent as possible. They've done absolutely nothing to help the residents. The theft is quite concerning because this is a clear indication that the residents are not safe. Today it is the package room, tomorrow it could be an apartment.I'm writing this review to reach out to anyone from Brookfield properties who oversees the building management of Cielo and hope that the respond to this (unlike the current building manager).

Excellent building and wonderful management team. I’ve lived here for over five years and it’s been awesome. Maintenance is responsive. The team goes out of their way to resolve issues and make you feel welcomed as a resident.

Lived here 3 years ago and not surprised the reviews are still so bad. We had a terrible experience.Shown the floor plan for a studio that ended up being different from what we actually got - randomly where the wall should have been to put up our bed again, there was (probably a boiler?) something in the next unit that essentially made our 500 sq ft unit even tinier.Add insult to injury the leading agents (@ claire) were unfriendly and dishonest, and the area is not desirable at all. Nearest grocery store a mile away. You’re better off living in SLU or Capitol Hill. Avoid. Worst apartment I’ve rented, even 4 years on.

Terrible property with awful management. Our unit flooded 5 months ago and they still have not fixed it, and there are wires hanging out of the wall.

Good building, good maintenance service. Drawbacks: Very bad soundproofingDo not go for apartment 310. The pizza mart directly below the apartment gets very busy in the night till 2 am and you can hear the noise from down below in the whole apartment. Also there is constant white noise from the I-5 even after shutting windows in atleast apartments facing the highway.
